Enjoy the ultimate beach getaway at SunScape, a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom beachfront condo perched on the top floor of a duplex in South Cape San Blas. This spacious, handicapped-friendly home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples. With coastal-chic decor, you'll feel right at home. Savor endless views of the Gulf from large windows and an expansive deck. Relax in the hot tub that spills over into the large, shared, solar-heated, screen-enclosed pool.
This top-floor condominium has a well-appointed kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths, and an additional half bath. The common elevator and staircase provide easy access to the living area from the private covered parking area.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings offer breathtaking views of the Gulf through three large sliding glass doors. The dining area is well-appointed with a granite breakfast bar and a solid-wood dining table that seats up to 10. At the end of the day, sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside to the partially covered deck for a meal al fresco. The deck features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating for a dinner under the stars.
The two primary king bedrooms, located just off the living area, offer stunning Gulf views, while the bunk room and an additional guest bedroom with a king-sized bed provide more sleeping options.

A boardwalk leads directly to the pristine white sand beaches of Cape San Blas. After soaking up the sun on the beach, you can relax in the shared hot tub that spills over into the large pool. The screen-enclosed pool house features a half bath, covered lanai, picnic table and ceiling fans.
The pool, spa, and pool house are reserved for the exclusive use of guests staying at SunScape & SeaScape. These amenities, along with the elevator and exterior staircase, are shared with guests staying in the other condo.
You will have access to the entire second floor unit and dedicated covered parking. The pool, spa, and pool house are reserved for the exclusive use of guests staying at SunScape & SeaScape. We live out of town, but our local team is on call if you have any needs.
SunScape is located in South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass, part of Florida's "Forgotten Coast." This area is known for its unspoiled natural beauty and outdoor activities. With miles of white sand beaches, turquoise waters, and a peaceful pace of life, this is the perfect destination for anyone seeking a tranquil escape.
You can spend your days exploring the nearby state parks, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, or swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf. The Indian Pass Raw Bar and the Indian Pass General Store are within walking distance, and the ferry to St. Vincent Island is just down the road. You can also drive to nearby Port Saint Joe or Apalachicola for more restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.
Renters must be 25 years or older.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.
Special events, including beachfront weddings, are only permitted when you rent both SunScape & SeaScape together. A four-night minimum rental and an additional non-refundable event fee of $2,000 are required.
