Hi Thomas, Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the musty-smelling towels and the overflowing trash on the back porch. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to note in the property description that the home is located downtown, which can come with some city noise. However, we understand this may not suit every guest, and we appreciate your honesty. Since your stay, we’ve brought on a new management team who has already taken steps to improve the overall guest experience—this includes resolving the towel issue and ensuring that trash is handled promptly and consistently. We’ve also taken note of your suggestion about adding a table in the guest bedroom, and we’ll be looking into that right away.
