Guest access
General Parking:
1. There should be no parking of Recreational Vehicles, Trailers, U-Haul Type Moving Trucks/Vans, or Golf Carts on any District-Owned Property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. except as permitted by the District.
2. There should be no parking of Commercial Vehicles or Vehicles with Commercial Advertisements on any District Property except on a temporary basis for the purpose of loading or unloading, or providing other services to adjacent residential property, or as permitted by the District.
3. There should be no parking of abandoned (a vehicle which has not moved for seven days) and/or broken-down or inoperable Vehicles on any District-Owned property at any time.
4. There should be no parking of Vehicles with âFor Saleâ on any District-Owned Property at any time.
5. The District does not provide any security or monitoring for parked cars on District-Owned Property and assumes no liability for any theft, vandalism and/or damage that might occur to personal property and/or to such vehicles.
6. Unauthorized parking may result in being reported to the local authorities for trespassing.
7. Any District property not designated as a designated parking area is a Tow Away Zone

ONLINE ORDERS:
USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx will be able to deliver to your home.
FOR THE LITTLE ONES:

POOL MAINTENANCE:
The pool is cleaned twice during the week, someone will come out during the day to treat the pool with chlorine, levels may be high, so we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before using the pool again.
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 50F or under. This is an extra service and may not be available at times.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

Guest Verification Process
For the safety of our guests and properties, we require identity verification for all reservations. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from our trusted partner, Truvi, to complete a quick verification process.
This includes:
âą Uploading a valid government-issued ID
âą Taking a short selfie for identity matching
The process only takes a few minutes and must be completed prior to check-in. All information is encrypted and securely handled by Truvi.
Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
