This house is maybe one of the nicest vrbos We’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, perfectly appointed and has anything you could need. The location is in walking distance to everything and communication with the host was excellent.

Bob and Lee are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything a family would need for a great vacation. In addition to it being meticulously clean it's spacious, well appointed and very comfortable, with plenty of room to enjoy just hanging out if you can manage to stay inside when the restaurants and shops are just blocks away! We loved our stay there and would not hesitate to recommend this special house to anyone.

We had a wonderful time with our family in Mystic! The home is lovely and very updated (kitchen, bathrooms) with all the small hotel-like amenities you will need. Great space for a family and wonderful location near a playground and a quick walk to shops and restaurants!

The home was beautiful and well equipped. Plenty of paper products which is not always the case with rentals. The house was even equipped with personal items that may have been forgotten at home. Our daughter forgot her toothbrush and sure enough there were several at this rental. The owners truly thought of everything ! Communication with the owners was easy and they quickly responded with any questions we had. The house was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Our stay at Mystic Sunrise was perfect. My family was celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted someplace to stay together while having the convenience of being able park the cars and not need them again until we left. The house is located a block from the river walk and less than a three minute walk from multiple restaurants and shops. The house itself is immaculate. Bob and Lee have thought about everything anyone could possibly need for a short or long stay - whether it’s K-Cups for coffee, or extra linens, towels, or propane for the fire pit… they’ve got it covered. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. All of the bathrooms were very nicely renovated… even with heated floors.Check-in and check-out were very easy. We had a special request regarding our check-in, and they went well out of their way to make it happen for us which we greatly appreciated. Bob and Lee even left a welcome basket recognizing the milestone birthday the family was celebrating together over our stay. Communication was exceptionally easy via the messaging feature in the app, and Bob and Lee were quick to always respond to my questions. We couldn’t have been happier from start to finish with the property and hosts. Being steps from everything Mystic offers was the icing on the (birthday) cake. Thanks for a helping to make a lasting family memory!

What an incredible experience. The hosts were unbelievable. They made sure every step of our trip was cared for. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Thank you guys for making a trip for 4 adults and 5 kids feel like visiting family.

We attended a family wedding in Mystic and the location of this property was just perfect Walking to shops and restaurants nearby and never needed to use our car. Additionally, the home is beautiful and has everything you need provided to made our stay 5 stars and above!!I would highly recommend this property Bob and Lee could not have been more accommodating, thank you!!

Beautiful home and location

The house was amazing. Clean, comfortable beds, large rooms. The location was perfect. Walking distance to main st in town. Bob the host was very attentive and super easy to reach with any questions. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a multigenerational reunion. Location was excellent within walking distance to many places. The home itself is beautifully decorated and modern with historic charm. This was the most well stocked and detail orientated rental we have been to. At times we felt like we were staying in a luxurious hotel due to the quality, cleanliness, and added extra welcoming details. Bob and Lee were great with all communications.

Exceptional Home and Hosts

This property was just perfect for our family gathering. In addition to being beautifully appointed, it had every comfort and convenience we could ask for. The location is great with many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again in the future.

There is no place better! When I saw that we needed to remove our shoes on entering I had high expectations. And this house met those expectations. The house was clean, thoughtful, and had all the details - beach chairs, charging cords, kid books and games, tea/coffee and all of high quality. The location was ideal for walking around town. The owners were attentive and helpful from check in through check out. We will be back.

Mystic Wedding

Stayed for cousins wedding, amazing location for downtown access. Beautifully decorated, all the needed accessories and items. Really responsive hosts. What a great house. Only watch out… it’s not handicap accessible, it’s not advertised as if it is or anything but my brother came as well last minute and couldn’t join us in the house for activities.

Cozy Christmas Holiday

A beautiful, cozy home for a wonderful Christmas getaway with friends. Our party of 9 had plenty of room in this spacious home. It was immaculately clean and the Christmas decor and welcome basket was a lovely surprise. Well appointed kitchen with new appliances. Bathrooms are all updated and new with toiletries included. Within walking distance to Mystic shops and restaurants.

wonderful wedding weekend

we had a bright, warm, relaxing time in the home on the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. As 250 guests descended from all over the US on Mystic Country, we were happy to have a central spot in town, which served as our hub that weekend. This home is full of personality and charm. The owners were gracious and very good with communication. Don’t think twice. Enjoy!

Amazing weekend in the best location!

First, let me start with how amazing communication is with Robert, the owner. He was extremely helpful and available if needed. The property is absolutely stunning. It is well maintained, clean, and well decorated for the fall season. The historic home was one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in. The welcome gift of local goods from Bob and Lee was a special touch and really started the weekend off on a great note. You cannot beat the location of this home. We walked to absolutely everything all weekend. The two parking spots were great considering parking downtown could be a nightmare. The home is within a 5 minute and under walking distance to restaurants, shops, the drawbridge and anything/everything you need. The aquarium and village was only a 10 minute drive as well. My 2 and 4 year old loved the yard and playground across the street. They also loved the board games provided in the home to help keep them entertained during our down time. I would recommend this beautiful historic home to anyone.

This is a fantastic property. We could walk to any of the restaurants and all of the attractions. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our evening in the courtyard on the Adirondack chairs catching the ocean breezes. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful home in Mystic! The location of this home is perfect - walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, the drawbridge, a playground across the street. We were a multi-family group and the home was a perfect fit for our 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of space for each of us to both relax and also enjoy family time together. The third floor bunk room was a fantastic space for the children - they loved the special nooks for reading and having a full bathroom on the same level was very helpful as well. Bob & Lee are wonderful hosts - they have filled their home with countless thoughtful touches to truly make your stay feel like you are at home. Thank you, Bob & Lee, for sharing your beautiful home!
