Ce lakeview Rocky Ridge Location de vacances lotissement a été magnifiquement rénové et est décoré avec goût. Il dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une belle vue. Le développement est proche de tout ce que Tahoe City a à offrir. Rocky Ridge est une communauté fermée de 60 acres entouré par l'Etat des terres forestières, où vous pourrez profiter de la nature sur l'un des nombreux sentiers de randonnée ou de VTT à quelques pas. Les installations comprennent 2 piscines, 2 spas (dont l'un est ouvert tout l'hiver), le tennis, le basket-ball, aire de jeux, terrain de boule de Bocce et d'une plage privée avec une jetée, des bouées, des installations pour barbecue, club-house et un terrain de volley. Chaque location condo offre des plafonds voûtés de style montagnard, de belles cheminées rocheuses, une cuisine entièrement équipée, tous ensemble dans un plan d'étage de deux étages ouvert.

Great location with awesome view

Gorgeous view from deck. Condo was really nice, loved all the wood. Could walk to Tahoe City. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at any VRBO or hotel. Nice amenities with pickle ball and basketball courts. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! Accommodations could not have been better! Comfortable, clean, great view, well equipped kitchen and great location!Only one caution - if you have a dog, carry them across the front threshold. There are bear mats!

We had a wonderful time in this property! It’s a great location and in great condition as well as comfortable beds! The views of Lake Tahoe from the kitchen/living room and downstairs bedroom are unbelievable-took sunrise photos each morning!

Perfect location

The property is on a private drive, gated, with a beautiful drive with a view up the hill. The condominiums are the only development on the hill and the grounds are very well maintained. View of the lake and trees is gorgeous!

Super clean Condo & Unbeatable View!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eagle's Nest! We had stayed at similar condo properties, but this was our first time at Rocky Ridge. It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful views, raised high above the lake. The pool was super nice as well. Very quit and removed from the hustle and bustle - which is exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful Views

We had a great time. The condo is close to town, grocery store, resorts. The condo feels like a cabin, warm & cozy. Kitchen had all utensils and most condiments. Nice area to walk the dog 🐕 . Only wish is that we could have stayed longer! Great place, we will definitely stay here again. O’Neal properties was great, thank you!

You can see Heavenly in the distance across the lake and the northern parts of lake, plus lots of trees. If you like views, I'd recommend this property. Property description is accurate. It's an older property, but was clean and well-maintained.Went during the winter. 1 of the 2 hot tub/pool areas were open. We had to walk up the street few minutes to visit. Didn't have time to checkout the private beach access.Kitchen was stocked and had all supplies we needed. Lighting was dim and the orange/amber color which I preferred. This worked well for me since I don't like the bright white lights. No garage parking, but plenty of outdoor parking right in front of the property. Master bedroom bath is on the same level as kitchen and entrance. Bathroom shower is dated, but functioned fine. 2 additional bedrooms downstairs were much warmer than rest of house.Property manager was helpful when I called to book. No issues. You can text with them during your stay. Some responses were delayed towards the end, but nothing urgent needed.Read all property warnings about bears. You'll need to keep all food locked up inside in the fridge. Keep food items minimal in pantry and in the open to deter bears. We stayed 3 nights and had no issues with bears.

Great location.

The goods. Location, view, prop mgr, cleanliness, cable, wifi, quiet for most part, wash dryer, bbq. Comfy beds The not so good. No ac and it faces sun in am, 3 fans for 4 rooms, it gets super hot in afternoon and hard to cool off. The non master bedroom’s are best to sleep and cooler weird layout. Master no bath, bathroom off non bedroom, curtains dont cover the whole sun facing window in master, by 5am room lit up, never did figure out the light switches. Some work some don’t. Neighbors are close and you hear them like they are in your place. Their porch is 2 feet behind the couch. Weird I know. They had party in until 2 am the night we were there, which really sucked, but quiet tge rest of week. Whole house creaks. When one person is up, we all are. The private beach is nice but not really a beach. Its a pier. But still not terrible. Best to park tgere and walk into town. Pools were closed and that was a huge bummer for us and kids. Nobody told us. All in all, this place has so much potential and is obviously a valuable property. Id fix the floors, the electrical outlets, put in an ac, upgrade the layout to have a bathroom accessible on the main level without going through a bedroom. And get some sun blocking curtains in master. With all of that said, I’d prob stay again here. The location is that good.

Rocky Ridge Family Reunion

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We reserved 4 units at Rocky Ridge for our 40th Wedding Anniversary/Family reunion. Everyone liked the units, they were very well equipped, great views, and close together for meals, etc. The pools and spas were wonderful as well as the beautiful grounds. The only problems we had were no laundry soap for the washing machine or dish soap for in the kitchen and most disturbing was an encounter with a very rude neighbor. On our arrival our two dogs were in our parking area for a short while, not on leash. This neighbor came over to us and screamed in our faces about the leash rule for the dogs. Early the next morning, while taking our dog out on leash he saw a squirrel and barked a few times. This same neighbor once again confronted my sister-in-law by screaming in her face about the dog and then complained to the rental agents. They came to see us, reminded us of the rules, which we already knew and were complying with. I later spoke to several owners who had their dogs off leash and asked if they ever got complaints. They said never and that there are many dog owners in this complex. It is dog friendly and dogs do bark, even on a leash. I even spoke with one of the HOA board members who has two dogs! I think the rental agents need to support all their renters, even those with dogs. We were complying with all the rules, cleaned up after our dogs. We had no complaints from anyone else, just this one neighbor. We saw dogs off leash many times and heard dogs barking in various area of the complex at all hours. I would love to rent here again, but would think twice considering this confrontational neighbor!

Unfortunatly the renters did not comply with the pet rules as provided. The first rule being dogs must be on a leash at all times(this is also a law in Placer County) which as she has stated they were not. When we were asked by a concered homeowner to speek with the renter, she was surly and rude to two of our agents. We were never told about the missing soaps which we would have gladly and speedily provided. The renters were very rough on the condos, one of the units that were rented was a disaster after they checked out.
