Whether it's a brief visit or a leisurely stay, your quintessential Chico experience starts here.

We would like to inform you that a section of the backyard fence is currently open. Rest assured, we have plans to close it soon. Thank you for your understanding.

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Pets are welcome! A fee of $48 per pet applies to your stay. Please let us know if you're bringing any furry friends!

Please note, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit, which will be automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.

Not a very accurate listing

The stay was good for sleeping (which is the only thing we utilized during our stay) the owner was nice and responsive , and fixed issues we had during the stay promptly. There is no where to sit outside and the yoga room i didnt utilize which i was excited for. It was very ran down and dirty.

Only an Ok Place to Stay

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. It seemed as though it had not been properly swept or vacuumed. I am assuming the previous guest had a dog and there was a lot of dog hair all over the floors that I had to clean up. The sheets and towels were all cleaned and washed though. The yoga studio is nothing like the pictures. It has not been maintained and was dirty and things were thrown about. The pictures has two lawn chairs in the backyard and we found them both broken in the shed so there was nowhere to sit in the back. I also didn’t bring a hair dryer because it stated online that there was one but I couldn’t find it. Overall, it was an ok stay. The place has potential but the upkeep isn’t there.

Disappointed

Firstly, we are not difficult to please. We showed up to check in shortly after the 4:00 check in time, and were unable to check in, as the housekeeper told us it would 'be a while' before we checked in. We decided to go out to dinner and check in later. When we checked in, the heater was not working. We understand these things happen, and reported it to the property manager immediately. He assured us they would have someone come right away to fix the heater. After waiting for over an hour, we contacted the property manager again, and they once again said they would have someone out right away, which was what they promised earlier in the evening. It was approaching 9:00 p.m., and the temperatures were expected to drop to 36 degrees. We finally had to make a decision to leave and find other accommodations. Note: The home was older, and had a lot of deferred maintenance. The wire going from the thermostat to the heater was duct-taped to the floor, going across the hallway from the living room. The linen closet was disorganized with linens and blankets in a heap on the floor. There was a stain on the carpet in the living room. Our most basic expectations were not met.

Not a great experience

We arrived at our rental late in the evening after a full day of traveling. Upon arrival we noticed dirty dishes in the sink and in the back two bedrooms that the sheets and blankets looked unmade and used. We contacted Monish and his team. Communicating with him was easy. He said extra linens were in the closet, but when we looked they were in a pile on the ground. It was hard to tell if those had been washed or just left there. At this point it was late, and our children had been up early and we needed to leave early again the next morning. He said he could send a cleaner our way, but we had already booked a hotel for the night before that was communicated. We were promised a refund for the inconvenience and state of the home upon arrival. A week later I am now being told I will not get a refund and will need to dispute it with my CC company that I made the payment on. This is my first negative experience with something like this, and I am very disheartened. This place has lots of potential, but there were spider webs in every corner, along with dirty dishes and the unmade beds. They really need to reevaluate their cleaning services, as I see with other reviews that this is an issue. I could not recommend this place.
