This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying yourself. The front of the house features HUGE yard space for games and hanging, and the backyard showcases a covered patio. The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a large smart TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon.

Very nicely remodeled inside. Comfortable king beds. Fairly close to Chico State. Only down size is proximity to highway, but traffic noise inside was very low. We’d go back!

we came down for the races great location easy to get to the track very comfortable clean the stove was a little tricky but once i figured it out no problem a little concerned about sm glass table i think its missing a couple of screws very wobbly the other table was great would stay her again great host

Took a while to get hot tub heated and to get the house cool. Other than those 1st initial incidents we loved our stay. Communication was quick as well as resolutions. We loved how soft and comfortable the beds were along with how the curtains kept out lights. The place had a very nice vibe and was clean.

Family Vacation

This property is the perfect size for a family stay. Bedrooms are spacious and all king beds made every room extra comfortable. Location was also great. Close to downtown and 5 minutes away from our daughter's home making visiting her family very convenient.

Old Hometown Hideaway

The property is great for a vacation type visit. Nice, neat yard with interesting plants and trees. Our dog loved it! Inside very neat and clean, with everything needed for your comfort. We like it so much that this was our second year choosing it as our away home when visiting family. The only minor issue was getting used to the freeway traffic noise if sleeping in the west facing bedrooms.

Great place for multiple families

Great place for multiple families. Stayed here for a graduation ceremony weekend. We stayed as a family of four plus my sister’s family. Plenty of room. Very comfortable stay.

Nice home; convenient location

Stayed here with my grown children and their families. There was plenty of room for all of us. Looked like a very nice outdoor area but due to weather we were limited to inside ... but didn't feel cramped at all. Coffee wasn't provided, but Bidwell Perk was close by. Would stay here again.

Splendid weekend

We stayed for the weekend to visit Chico state. The location was superb and we had access to everything. The home is so well kept, very warm and inviting. The hosts thought of everything, including white noise machines in each room. Check in and out was so easy. We'll be back.

Great house, close to city

The house was the perfect place for our softball team to stay the night during a tournament. The owners were great - the house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived so they refunded us the night and were very accommodating. We would rent this place again!

Family trip

I traveled with my adult children for a quick trip to see family. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Stove was a little tricky (user error) but other than that we had a flawless stay. Host was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend

Great stay in Chico!

Would definitely recommend this property, first one we've ever found with four king sized beds! LOTS of space inside and out. Great covered patio, and wonderful fenced yard for our pups. Plenty of supplies available, well stocked kitchen, and every room super clean. We will be requesting this house again for our next trip.

Comfy Stay in Chico

It has become a tradition to bring my volleyball team to this property for our annual tournament. Every room has a king bed and the living spaces are accommodating for our group. After having 2 kids of my own that I now bring with us the listing is still very spacious and fits our needs. The hosts are responsive to any needs or questions we've had.

Family Reunion

Very very clean! I would never guess it was a dog friendly rental! So clean and nice! We enjoyed having four bedrooms...comfy beds.. and the large couch in the front room was wonderful for hanging out! Had to buy coffee filters for the coffee maker but no big deal...would highly recommend this house for a large group. Chico is a fun town and these owners were quick with answering questions.

Relaxing and comfortable

Beds were comfy, TV room great, kitchen and dining rooms open for easy communication. Yard was very neat with interesting plants and trees. The fenced section was great for our dog. Hot tub looked inviting, but we were too busy to use it :(. All in all a great experience.

We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for.everyone! We just wished the kitchen was stocked a little more for the cooking we were doing. Very limited cooking utensils. Overall great house and great yard for my dogs!

Weekend in Chico

The location is central to Chico activities, shopping, the college and outdoor activities. The house is older, but it has plenty of space, well kept and clean. Very comfortable. The enclosed backyard is great for kids and a dog. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. Only knock is that the shared bathroom could use towel bars or even better towel hooks as there wwasnt any to hang towels on. Would definitely stay here again.

Simple and sweet

We loved how nice and cool, in temperature, it was when we walked in. The hot tub was ready to go! Beds were comfortable and the sound machines were a very nice touch!! And of course I lived the toilet paper! lol. So soft and fancy!!

Clean with a few issues that need attention

The house was very clean and that was top priority for us. Master bathroom door off track and doesn’t work properly and master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced.

Amazing for groups

I stayed with a group before a tournament. The rooms are just as pictured. King beds are a huge plus and the space around the beds is very generous. We loved the couch area as it was separated and intimate for watching movies at night. Only down side to this property is the location next to the freeway (which you’ll see if you look at a map). If we had planned to spend more time in the HUGE backyard the traffic noise would have been frustrating. It didn’t disrupt sleep or anything though!
