The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority has been in operation since 1983, and functions as a Regional Transportation Authority (RTA). The RTA includes the communities of Aspen, Snowmass Village, Pitkin County, Basalt, and a portion of Eagle County, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and the newest member New Castle. RFTA provides commuter bus service from Aspen to Glenwood Springs (Roaring Fork Valley), Glenwood to Rifle (Hogback), intra city service in Aspen and Glenwood Springs, ski shuttle service to the four Aspen Skiing Company ski areas, the Maroon Bells Shuttles, and a variety of other seasonal services.

Check-in: You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM. The property will be prepared and ready for your arrival.



Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out on or before 10:00 AM on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.



NO Pets Allowed



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.



No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.



These policies are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and to maintain the integrity of the property.

Bear Facts: 1. Bear Awareness: * Aspen is home to black bears and encounters with these animals are possible. * Guests should be aware of bear behavior and understand that bears are attracted to food smells and garbage. 2. Bear-Proofing: * Secure all trash in the cans in the garage and be sure garage door is closed. Garbage service will open garage door, empty garbage, and close door.



* Keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent bears from entering.



*IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: This property utilizes Bear Boards, sometimes called “Unwelcome Mats”. These are large plywood boards with screws/nails facing upwards and are standard in Aspen. These are a legal and effective way to deter bears from trying to enter a home. The function is not to injure the bears but makes the surface uncomfortable to stand on and encourages the bear to move on.



The Bear Boards on this property are on the deck, on both sides of the house. Located on the second floor as the deck wraps around the house towards the back of house. If a guest were to exit the house through either sliding door, the Bear Boards are towards the mountain side of the house, away from the front of the house. PLEASE DO NOT GO TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE HOUSE ON EITHER SIDE OF THE DECK TO PREVENT ENCOUNTERING THE BOARDS. PLEASE ONLY UTILIZE THE DECK IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. 3. Bear Safety Tips: * If you encounter a bear, remain calm and avoid sudden movements. * Back away slowly without turning your back to the bear. * Do not run or climb trees; bears are excellent climbers. * Make noise to alert the bear of your presence (e.g., talking loudly or clapping hands). * Reporting Bear Sightings: *We encourage you to report any bear sightings to us promptly. * We can then notify local authorities or wildlife officials.
