Summary:
Guest favorite! Spotless and perfectly located 2-bedroom apartment. This deluxe experience offers every convenience - a new premium mattress, 50" flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, sleek furnishings, and secure entry.
A 2 minute walk to The Big House, downtown and central campus are moments away. The city's urban bike path is right down the street. Don't miss the chance to make your visit unique.
The Space:
Light filled, open and spacious, this apartment is perfect for any type of stay.
2 comfortable bedrooms, and sofa bed in the large living room (can also accommodate an air mattress for additional guests $50 add fee includes bedding). 2 full bathrooms, and a gorgeous kitchen with access to rear outdoor seating.
Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $95). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($95 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience.

Outdoor seating areas available during the warmer months in both the front and back of the house.
The Neighborhood:
Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. For a quick & delicious coffee fix and grab and go breakfast foods, Venue Coffee is in the same building!
We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!
Getting Around:
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival.
We stock olive oil, salt and pepper, whole bean coffee and creamer in all our units. We also provide enough body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels for 3-4 days as well as a few Tide pods for 2-3 loads of laundry and a few dishwasher tabs. For stays of a week or longer guests are asked to provide their own toiletries and other supplies.
Football home games are slightly crazy in the neighborhood, street parking spots are stalked by fans. If you park on the street and leave before the game your spot will likely be gone if you return before the end of the game.
Interaction with Guests:
We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 9am-5pm. An after-hours phone number will be provided to all guests to use in the event of a lockout or other emergency.
