Lovely stay at this charming home on a quiet, tree-lined street in central Ann Arbor. The house is comfortably furnished and artfully decorated, featuring a large backyard with a porch and lawn—perfect for morning coffee. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient for visiting my son at UMich. A comfortable, welcoming place I’d be happy to stay again.

Very clean property with a great backyard. We walked to and from the game (2 miles) and came back and had a pizza party on the deck. Owner was very flexible with a special request. We appreciated that.

We came to visit our family and didn’t want a hotel so we tried this place and loved it. Great location to anything you needed. Close to our family. Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard.

The house was very comfortable and felt like home. We loved how it was decorated the furniture and beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for 4 adults to sit and talk comfortably. The location was great just a few minutes from every where we went; we were there to watch the football game on Saturday. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We wished we would have booked an extra day to stay in and just relax. I highly recommend staying here, when we go back to Ann Arbor for another game or just to get away we will re-book.

Parents Weekend

We had a great football weekend in Ann Arbor. Spent Parents Weekend and stayed at this darling house with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great location easy to the school, stadium, restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, quiet neighborhood

Worked great for UMich graduation weekend stay. A little distance in and out of campus witj grad activities but worked fine. Appreciated the quiet neighborhood and helpful communication hosts. Would recommend to others who want good space with kitchen and laundry. Driveway entry is steep so just needed to be careful pulling in and/or plenty of space to park on the street. Enjoyed our stay.

Charming Little Bungalow

The location was perfect for our trip. We spent quite a bit of time on campus and it was an easy drive to downtown. As well, great neighborhood area for a run! Was able to run to the stadium and back. But, be forewarned - lots of hills in Ann Arbor (if you’re a runner!)

I was in town for business and found this gem. A cozy home in a quaint neighbourhood of Ann Arbor. Groceries and restaurants nearby too. Only a 5 min drive from city center. Definitely recommend for longer stays in the area

Great location for a stay in Ann Arbor

This is a wonderful property in Ann Arbor. It was just as it was described, very clean, good information on how to get in touch with the host which was not needed and lots of information about Ann Arbor. The location is very good, it is on a nice neighborhood street and close to so many great things that Ann Arbor has to offer! Such as Zingermans, Q Bakery which I highly recommend and downtown. We would use this home again.

Great location, great house, great stay

Perfectly located between downtown and west Ann Arbor made both grocery shopping and going to restaurants easy. The house is well-appointed and very clean. Management was responsive. Not a single complaint, just a personal preference that Roku TV kinda sucks. I would highly recommend staying here - unless I'm trying to book it for the same time frame haha.

Cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet

Stayed in this very comfortable, clean and quiet home a full week while my son attended a workshop at the University of Michigan. We felt very "at home" in this rental. It was an easy drive to the north campus for my son, and I very much enjoyed working remotely from this home as it is tucked on a very quiet street. While in a quiet neighborhood it is very close to retail, including several grocery stores. It is close enough to downtown that I walked there a few afternoons. Would absolutely rent this home again for future visits to Ann Arbor.

Fantastic rental!

Peter's place was wonderful! It is in a very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, close to Veterans Memorial Park, which is a great place to go for walks where you can usually catch a local game or two of baseball, and close to grocery and store staples (Walgreens, Plum Market, etc.). It was perfectly located close to downtown Ann Arbor as well but without the noise and the hustle and bustle of town. The home itself was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was stocked with basics like dish and laundry detergent, soap, and paper products. The yard was also beautiful and was the perfect place to sit outside in and read a book during the day, and also feels fairly private with the trees and foliage around. Peter was also a fantastic host, and always responded promptly when we reached out to him and made sure our stay was going well. Overall we'd definitely recommend this rental for a small family, couple, or individual visitor during your time in AA!
