Villa Twenty Two - new villa on water, great pool, SW area

Beautiful pool villa with golf access. The modern design and the quality of the furnishings and decoration run through the entire house.

The living room is open plan and the large sliding glass door leads to the pool deck. A 85 inch TV is available for entertainment.
For music fans, we have installed the speaker system from Sonos (WLAN speaker). This means you can, among other things, listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device.

The kitchen with adjacent dining area offers plenty of space and everything you need for cooking. All devices are the latest standard and there is also a Nespresso machine.

All bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and television.
The master bedroom with direct pool access has an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub, large shower and a double vanity.

The pool area is spacious and offers everything your heart desires. During the day there are sun loungers available for you to relax by the pool. At dusk, you can prepare a delicious dinner using the outdoor kitchen (including a large stainless steel grill for real barbecue fun), which you can enjoy at the outdoor dining table. End the perfect vacation day outside by the fireplace in the cozy lounge area with TV.

The salt water pool with whirlpool is operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle it is a fresh water pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed to no longer have irritated eyes. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace.

With our floor plans, which you can find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cooler and beach equipment for your trips in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
