This centrally-located house has the best of both worldsâ you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65â TV. We have hosted through another website and have excellent reviews available on request.
The little house near downtown Saratoga Springs was perfect for our sisters get together for a baby shower. The property was quaint, clean and had all the amenities needed for a weekend.
We rented this sweet home for a "girls' weekend" with high school friends. It was our first visit to Saratoga Springs. This was a lovely home with many extras - the kitchen was well stocked! The beds/accomodations were comfortable and the location was quiet and convenient to downtown and SPAC. While there, we lost power and Nikki was great about communicating with us. We'd recommend this home!
We very much enjoyed Saratoga Springs, and enjoyed this VRBO property. It was very clean, the hosts were very responsive to all communications and inquiries, and very hospitable. We definitely would stay again!
For our annual Saratoga family reunion we opted for something besides two hotel rooms. We found this great house to be a wonderful alternative! Central locationâŠcomfortable space to relax together between reunion eventsâŠwell equipped kitchenâŠcozy, comfy bedroomsâŠ.excellent showers! Responsive, caring host!
We stayed here for a long weekend just got get away for a few days and it was the cutest house! It was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. Nikki was so easy to communicate with and we appreciate her attentiveness to our questions. I highly recommend this rental!
We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded whenever I had any questions. The only thing worth mentioning for some people. I am almost 6 ft tall and have bad hips and knees. The couch was low and didn't even come up to my knee so it was very hard and uncomfortable for me to get up and down from it. It was a comfortable couch just didn't use much because of the height. I mostly sat at the table. Same for the master bedroom. I let my daughter have that room since the bed is modern and very low as well. Again, house was very comfortable and I recommend to others just some caution for those of us who have difficulty getting up from low seating.Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Great location, very comfy, spotless. Nikki was quickly responsive to any questions, and had great dining suggestions. A few glitches: a couple of burned out lights, couldn't budge the downstairs shower. Warning: streaming only. NO cable.
Group of friends meeting in Saratoga and going to a concert, the house had a great location to the SPAC and walkable to downtown for coffee in the morning. Just the right size and all the right amenities- Nikki was prompt with replies and was to work with
Friends and I visited for my birthday weekend and enjoyed everything about this little house. We mostly stayed in and ordered the good food, piled onto the couch, and drank good wine. Everything was great! Would definitely visit again.
If I had one suggestion it would be to have a pile of cozy blankets to snuggle on that big giant couch! Thanks for everything!
We decided on this home because of its proximity to the town and to the track. We walked daily to town for breakfast and browsing the shops. There are also some very nice local restaurants where we had dinner.
The track was the highlight!
The house was comfortable. Nikki & her husband are incredibly nice people and very accommodating. It's a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to everything you could need.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
This was a great location for our brief stay in Saratoga. Quiet neighborhood & not a bad walk to downtown. Nikki was super responsive with the few questions we had.
Walking distance to town. Needs more kitchen supplies- cookie sheets, can opener, etc. Portable AC/fan filled with dust so not useable.
Owners very responsive and friendly. Just need a few updates/more thorough cleaning and will be great place. Very reasonable price and would come back!
