My family of 8 adults and a toddler loved this property! It was so comfortable for our large group and easy to keep the toddler contained on the main level without worrying he might escape to the pool. The beds were the most comfortable mattresses we ever slept on, including the double bunk bed mattresses! It was a great stay, and if we are ever back in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

My family and I had a great stay! The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and of course the kids loved having a pool in their back yard! The host was great about communicating with us and checking in and out was very smooth! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice residence-needs updating

We enjoyed our stay and the communication from the property manager was strong. There are definitely parts of the property that need to be fixed and updated (ie-dishwasher is not secure under the counter, electrical wires are outside if the boxes behind the outdoor kitchen, umbrella and stand are rusted out, etc.). The property served our needs but does need some additional TLC in order the accurately reflect the pictures that are online.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for my son’s wedding and the host was amazing. Jeremie was super communicative throughout the whole process. We were coming in behind 2 devastating hurricanes and Jeremie went above and beyond to make sure we still had a place to come to. I can’t wait to come back to this home again the next time we visit family :)

Golf Trip and Birthday Celebration

Just wanted to endorse this property but more importantly the owners. We were recently in the Tampa area for a golf outing and 50th birthday celebration. The property fit our needs perfectly. However, it was the transparency and honesty of the ownership that was most impressive. There were some unfortunate maintenance issues that needed to be addressed during our stay on the property due to the recent storms. The ownership appreciated the inconvenience and proactively negotiated a significant discount on our stay to compensate us for the disturbance. I highly recommend the property but also the support of the hosts.

Canceled after check in

Short story is that this property was misrepresented including a cleaning crew that showed up to hang out. Thank you to VRBO for holding to their guarantee and to the property owner who had an available property that saved our vacation. One downside with VRBO is that they were unhelpful in accommodating our party after being misled in this listing. We were left to find a new place on own. Not great once you’ve purchased food and have a party of 7.

The R&R was everything!

This home did not disappoint! My family came for fun in the sun, and to make new memories! The home has a nice bohemian feel, updated appliances/bath, clean, organized, in a safe neighborhood close to everything. More importantly, the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The home is well stocked, very thoughtful adds, with responsiveness that truly separates this host from the rest. This home allowed for the R&R we desired! We rent several times a year and this stay, I would consider top tier! Thank you Jeremie for making sure our stay was a great experience! I’ll come back!

Great vacay in Palm Harbor

We stayed here earlier this month and we had a great time. We had booked the trip well in advance of the storms arriving there, and unfortunately the house had incurred some damages. The first floor was totally gutted and we did not get to enjoy the outside game area as much as we would have if everything was up and operating. But Jeremie was a fantastic host. He was easy to get in touch with and made the experience even more enjoyable. The second floor was still just as pictured, and there was plenty of room for me, my boyfriend, my mom, and our two dogs. Even though the first floor was MIA, access to downstairs for the dogs to go out was very easy. I would 1000% recommend staying at this location and we would definitely rent this place again. Thank you again for everything Jeremie!!

BEAUTIFUL HOME

This home is absolutely beautiful. The furniture and decorations for each room is so beautiful!!! As well as all outside furniture and pool area! I was in love with the home itself. We had everything we needed and more as far as all kitchen, room, bathroom, laundry supplies. They had laundry pods, plenty of paper towels, plenty of toilet paper, most homes provide one roll per bathroom and one roll of napkins but they provide plenty which is a big plus!!! They also had extras that you usually don’t see in homes when renting for vacation such as ‘mouthwash, lotion, floss picks, q-tips, woman’s feminine products, cold waters in the fridge, baby/kids plates, cups and utensils’ Very well stocked home. A lot of rentals are understocked as far as everyday items that you use so we really appreciated all the amenities in this home! Home owner was very quick responding to any questions or concerns I had! Very nice as well. The only thing I would recommend is that they reprogram the sprinklers to an earlier or later time in the mornings, when we were loading up between 8-8:30am the sprinklers were on the whole time and all around the vehicle so we had to fight those a little bit other than that our stay was great and the house is beautiful!!!!!
