Whether youâre visiting for a graduation at Bethel, exploring the iconic Sundial Bridge (just 10â15 minutes away), or traveling for business, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence offers a clean and welcoming environment in a central location.
Our home features a warm, classic aesthetic with wood accents and a layout that focuses on health and comfort. We maintain a strictly smoke-free and pet-free space to provide an allergy-sensitive environment for families and professionals alike. The spacious living room is furnished with cozy reclining sofas and a Smart TV (simply sign in to your Netflix, Prime Video, or Peacock accounts). Inside, you will also find a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated dining area. Outside, the private gated yard features a covered patio with furniture. During the autumn and winter months, the mature trees on the property create a beautiful seasonal blanket of leaves on the walkways, adding a touch of natural, seasonal character to your stay.
⊠REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
To ensure the care of our home, linens, and systems, a $1,500 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. This deposit is tied to the adherence of our house rules (such as our strict no-pet, no-smoking, and AC policies). Provided the home is respected and all rules are followed, the deposit is typically released by VRBO within 14 days of departure.
⊠BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Two Twin beds. (To protect the flooring and frames, please do not move or push beds together).
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
All rooms feature new memory-foam mattresses, ceiling fans, and nightstands with built-in USB/electrical outlets.
⊠COMFORT & CLIMATE
Central heating and air conditioning. To ensure system reliability, the thermostat is locked at a range between 70â80°F. The system is optimized for this range; please do not attempt to force the setting lower, as it may cause the unit to shut down or freeze.
⊠GUEST ACCESS & PARKING
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, gated backyard, and 2-car garage (except for two locked owner's storage closets). As a reminder, the City of Redding prohibits street parking for short-term rentals; all vehicles (max 4) must be parked in the garage or driveway.
⊠SAFETY & SECURITY
For the protection of our guests and the home, exterior security cameras monitor the front area and side yards. There is also one camera inside the garage positioned to monitor the garage door status. There are NO cameras inside the home or in private living spaces. Do not unplug or tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi. A $250 fee applies for repair or repositioning.
⊠HOUSE RULES (Strictly Enforced)
Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests total (per City Permit), including children and infants.
Registered Guests Only: No outside visitors without prior written approval. Unapproved visitors incur a $200/day fee.
Strictly Animal-Free: Due to severe family asthma and allergies, we cannot accommodate pets or animals of any kind (including service animals). A $250 cleaning fee + damages applies for violations.
No Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs: Not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. A $500+ remediation fee applies.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM â 8 AM. Please move all outdoor activities indoors by 10 PM.
No Parties: No gatherings or events. $500 fine + possible removal without refund.
Care for the Home: No moving furniture ($100 fee). No glass on the patio (please use plastic-ware). No mail deliveries or crypto-mining.
