Bienvenue chez vous loin de chez vous lors de votre visite à Redding, Ca! Cette maison entiÚrement meublée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous amuser. Le prix comprend la taxe d'occupation de 12% de la ville de Redding. PrÚs de Bethel, des commerces et des loisirs. Quartier trÚs calme. Comprend une piscine saline avec un belvédÚre de 20 x 10 pour l'ombre prÚs du barbecue et de la terrasse (les kiosques sont démontés en hiver).
En plus des articles de cuisine de tous les jours, nous avons également un Keurig pour vos pauses café.

Maison de plan d'étage trÚs spacieuse / ouverte. C'est un grand espace avec beaucoup de zones différentes pour se détendre ou travailler, tandis que d'autres peuvent regarder la télévision ou parler dans la cuisine. 2 Gazebo pour l'ombre dans la piscine de la cour arriÚre. Hamacs pour se détendre. Barbecue et mobilier d'extérieur dont glaciÚre.

Great Relaxing place, the title of the property says it all!

This was the best vacation we have ever had. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, pool and shaded hammock. We had a great time! would luv to visit again!

Amazing Home!!

A couple close friends decided to get out of town for a few days and this house was simply perfect!! We all said that we can’t wait to come back again!! Kathy and her property team were very friendly and communicative. Absolutely 5 stars!

Wonderful amenities, very clean and fun!

This was a beautiful property often the pictures are very staged and do not represent the property, but everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Location was perfect, close to amenities but not in the middle of a busy area. The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, loved the ceiling fans in summer. The outside living space was so welcoming, we made the best memories here and have all decided to come back next summer.

Beautiful home near college

Gorgeous, private backyard with forest like setting and huge swimming pool. Comfy beds and our kids appreciated the Jack and Jill bathroom that connects two rooms. The remolded third bathroom is a nice touch. Already looking forward to a return next summer.

Graduation trip

We traveled for my husband’s daughter’s high school graduation, (7 adults) and could not have been any happier with our accommodations. We requested an early check-in and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us with it , as well as a last minute late check out due to flight delays , The Home was so well equipped, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The exterior grounds, were absolutely gorgeous.No matter where you looked, there were just beautiful little touches that made this Home so unique, and relaxing. The hosts are incredibly attentive, and we’re so extremely helpful with any of our questions! I am a chef, and I was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was,! They also had an impressive stock of spices, olive oil, and items that you normally would not find in a rental property. We made sure to leave items as well for the next guest to enjoy and appreciate! Because it was a high school graduation, we were really able to enjoy being with the kids and enjoying the pool and celebrating together .The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, and the neighbors we’re all wonderful.I would highly highly recommend this home to families traveling to this area.We have been using VRBO for over 20 years, and this has got to be one of the best rental properties we have had the pleasure of staying in.I seriously am looking forward to visiting this property again!! Shout out to Victoria for all her help!! She is absolutely amazing!! Thank u again!!

Fun in Redding

This is a great property with four well appointed bedrooms, three baths and large common rooms. The backyard is private with large pool and spa. We barbecued one night and cooked in all weekend. Loved the kitchen with all the staple supplies we needed.

A relaxing stay with great amenities

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The large yard and the nice pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, its location right next to the baseball field made it ideal for our weekend of baseball. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we experienced no challenges during our stay. Amazing getaway in Redding

We loved the house. It was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and responsive host. We came on winter so were only able to enjoy the Hot Tub but hope to return during the summer to swim in the pool. Great take off spot for day trips to Shasta Caverns, Burney Falls and many other places. Highly recommend you book this fantastic home.

Warning! What I Discovered After I Booked My Rental

The owner of this property has restrictions that are very excessive that were not disclosed until it was time to check-in. She would not cancel my reservation or refund my money because it was outside the cancellation window. The temperature in Shasta is unbearably hot averaging 90s and 100s in the summer. The pool/hot tub and air conditioning are the most important features to selecting a place to stay when it is so hot. 1. You cannot touch the thermostat to adjust the temperature or it will freeze and thaw for 8 hours. My son has asthma and Shasta is extremely hot in the summer. 2. You cannot wear sunscreen in the hotub/pool and you have to launder your bathing suit in their washing machine without detergent before you enter it. Furthermore, they want you to put chemicals in their hot-tub/pool each day. If their hotub/pool becomes cloudy you owe them $200. This house is priced above market so this is not at all what I was expecting.

Comfortable Home in Quiet Neighborhood

Relaxing in Redding

We arrived at this wonderful spot in the northern part of Redding. The house was easy to enter and very clean and welcoming. With it being a hot summer in Redding the pool was very nice and relaxing. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

We had a great time on our stay. We did find dirty clothes under 2 of the beds from a previous stay. Under the beds is dirty/dusty. Hot tub cover mechanical arm broken. Pool net handle broken. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood and close to town/stores.

Exactly as Described!

We had 6 adults and we loved the feeling this home evoked, think calm,, relaxing, & lots of giggles. The home was well stocked and had everything we desired, including a family and living room and essentially a room outdoors.

GREAT HOUSE GREAT STAY

The home was more than we expected. My family has done this before in Redding but so far this is on top of our list ! so quiet you'd think you were in the country. We only left the house twice in four days and that was to get groceries. This home gives you all you need for a great vacation stay ! not a single negative with the home or owner. Virbo though ???
