We had a great stay at Jadaâs cabin. Itâs incredibly clean and the reverse layout lets you take advantage of the beautiful views from upstairs. The location is perfect - just 10/15 minutes from the town of Homer. The kitchen is well stocked with everything youâd need to cook at the house. The host is super responsive as well. Would definitely recommend staying here if youâre in Homer!
It was weird to have the only bathroom downstairs from the living area, although it was a nice bathroom. One extra roll of toilet paper seemed skimpy for over $600 a night. We rented 2 nights but arrived Saturday and left Monday. We had to bring in a partial roll from our vehicle and then had to use paper towels and put them in trash can. Living area nice. Wished there had been a fire pit. View was gorgeous when we could see it. We felt overall that it was a very nice place but overpriced.
This house is the perfect set up for a stress free, relaxing holiday in Homer. The house was clean, new and had all high end finishes and appliances. The view of Kachemak is perfect from inside the main living space, the downstairs primary bedroom and the nice large balcony. Although the house is less than a mile off of the Sterling Hwy, there was zero noise from the highway and felt quite private. Overall, our stay was great and would certainly consider a return visit when back in Homer.
