Great location, perfect size

Condo was the perfect location with a short walk to the beach/restaurants and beautiful view of the golf course. Loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise and the ducks and turtles on the golf course pond. Great amenities with plenty of pools (some heated) to choose from. Would highly recommend booking your stay here!

The Tipsy Turtle condo is in the perfect spot, close to a heated pool & the walkover bridge! We had plenty of room for our son, his wife, 2 kids, my husband & I. I would definitely recommend this condo & we would be more than willing to stay there again!

We enjoy the EdgeWater Property in PCB. We especially like the golf side as it seems to be a bit more quiet and laid back. The condo was very well appointed and stocked as well as a great location in the property.

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Turtle. The property has everything we needed. Nice villa in a very safe and convenient location with a great pool a few feet away and a short walk to the resort pool, restaurants and beach. Stores, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need are close and convenient. Our new favorite place at PCB.

Great experience!

From check-in to check-out, we were properly informed and directed on the procedures of the property. The villa is located in an awesome spot with food, entertainment and shops nearby. We had access to multiple pools and a beautiful spot on the beach. The villa was clean and nicely decorated, stocked with all the essential appliances to accommodate your trip. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great communication before and throughout our stay. The unit is within walking distance to the property event center which was important for us since my daughter had a Nationals dance competition. The pool outside the unit was so convenient & the walk to the larger pools / beach was not bad. Although trams are available & quick.

Amazing property with great location!

Staying at this vacation villa near the beach was an absolute delight! The villa itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Larger than what the pictures show. Really convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit as well. The beach was just a short stroll away, making it easy to take morning walks or relax on the sand. Overall, a fantastic getaway spot – we can't wait to return!

We have been beach-lovers for as long as we can remember, and have been able to make our dream of owning a beachside condo a reality. Whether it is a family getaway or a retreat with friends we are delighted to share our little slice of heaven with you!

💦 There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is just a few steps away to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing or, at the lagoon pool, you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

🎶 Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

⛳ The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center.

🪂 Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free resort tram, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
