Welcome to Pocketful of Sunshine, a relaxed-luxury WaterColor retreat designed for families and multi-family groups seeking space to gather, privacy to recharge, and effortless access to 30A’s best amenities. This thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features three private king suites, a dedicated bunk room, and a separate luxury lounge/flex space with PlayStation, games, and a desk—ideal for movie nights, a teen hangout, remote work, or a quiet space for families traveling with an infant and their own portable crib or bassinet.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, Pocketful of Sunshine offers a layout that works beautifully for parents, grandparents, couples, and children traveling together. Your stay includes complimentary WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor access, a 6-passenger GEM low-speed vehicle, and six adult bikes, making it easy to enjoy the beach, pools, trails, Seaside, dining, and the best of 30A without constantly getting in the car.

The bright, open main level creates an inviting setting for time together, with comfortable living-room seating, a generous dining area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, high-end cookware, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. After a beach day, relax on the screened porch or balcony, grill dinner outside, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or settle into the lounge for a PlayStation tournament or family game night.

Tucked into a quiet, park-like corner of WaterColor, the home is a short golf-cart or bike ride from the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor pools and slides, scenic trails, dining, shopping, Publix, and Seaside. Park the car, move at your own pace, and make the most of every day on 30A.

This place was amazing! The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Perfect location to anything you need. My personal favorite was quiet time with coffee on the screen porch reading. We will be back, our extended family in NJ has already requested to be put on the invite list! Beautiful house and neighborhood. We enjoyed all of the various pools as well as the beach. The Trolley service to the front door really made it easy for the family to ride to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. We loved our time in Watercolor. We will return!

The perfect place to stay with littles!! The loft is adorable, the golf cart is clutch, the house is so nice! 10/10!! And the property manager was amazing and so helpful!!!

We loved our stay at “A Pocket Full of Sunshine”!Location was close to the Publix grocery store and having access to WaterColor Beach Club and WaterColor Kids Camp was perfect for our grandchildren 5 and under. The golf cart was an extra bonus which we used everyday, especially having little ones!! Looking forward to returning next year! The property Host was wonderful to work with!

Our stay at a "Pocketful of Sunshine" was great. The property was up to date, clean, and as advertised... It provided a lot of nice small amenities in addition to the normal things you would expect. For example, on the night stands they had wireless cell phone chargers, there were Alexa music controls in every bedroom as well as TVs. The coffee maker handled both pods and ground coffee. One of the local Watercolor pools is only a couple of hundred yards from the house.The Host was the main highlight in my mind. Every minor question was answered and taken care of immediately and she went out of her way to ensure our stay was beyond expectations. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to anyone wanting to stay in a house in Watercolor that included full access to all the Watercolor facilities.

Great place for our family!

We all loved it! This was for our 50th wedding anniversary, and all our children and grandchildren came. The kids loved the beach and Camp Watercolor, the adults loved the great dining in the area, and we all loved the house - it was perfect for us! We had a problem with the door lock when we arrived, but the owner took care of it immediately. Everything else was perfect! We will certainly look at coming back when we have another special occasion.

A Beautiful Watercolor Home!

We have been coming to Watercolor for years and this is our favorite house yet! Sharon is very communicative throughout the process and super helpful with any need. Our children are young and were over the moon with be playhouse and dollhouse upstairs! We also loved having upper and lower screened porches. The golf cart was great and one of the nicer ones we have had. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
