Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e s'ouvre sur un beau hall lumineux et Ă  gauche se trouve une chambre avec deux lits queen-size, une dĂ©coration inĂ©galĂ©e et une salle de bain privĂ©e. En entrant dans la grande salle principale, vous trouverez une belle cheminĂ©e en pierre et un salon principal. Cet espace se glisse sans effort dans la salle de rĂ©union, la cuisine gastronomique et d’autres possibilitĂ©s de restauration. Il ya une vĂ©randa, une terrasse spacieuse et une douche extĂ©rieure pour votre plaisir et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de la porte arriĂšre est la promenade qui vous mĂšne Ă  la plage ou Ă  la piscine. La salle multimĂ©dia familiale situĂ©e au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage est idĂ©ale pour regarder des films, jouer Ă  des jeux ou tout simplement se prĂ©lasser et observer les environs. The management team was attentive and responsive. We will rent there again and again as it was perfect location to beach, pool and the Big Chill which made biking easy to all locations. Favorite House On 30A!

The bikes were perfect for riding to the beach, pool and nearby stores and restaurants (Bruno's Pizza nearby is excellent!). The mobile app Royal Destinations provided allowed us to locate great activities in the area. We booked a fishing charter that was fantastic! We love the Watersound community and plan to return soon!

It was a convenient location to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is darling with lots of charm. The week we were there was relatively quiet and didn’t seem super busy, which was perfect for us. The neighborhood is close by (walking distance) to The Chill/Hub and a short car or bike ride to other areas if you’re looking for more action. The beach was clean and not crazy busy in front of this property. We had one issue with the air conditioning at the property not working, but Royal destinations was quick to address the problem and fix it. We would love to go back someday, and would recommend this property and Royal Destination to others!

It's a beautiful home. The only recommendation might be the first floor master bathroom getting updated or enchanced to help with older folks who found getting in and out of the huge tub to take a shower a bit of a problem.

There are multiple seating areas to accommodate large groups, and the screened porch with the dining table was a great area to play board games on a rainy day. Spring Break 2015

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moore Relaxing is a great property! Access to the beach is a short stroll along the board walk. The limited beach access gives you plenty of room to enjoy the sun. The sand is beautiful white and the Gulf crystal clear. If the beach is not your thing, try the pool. The pool is large and they keep the water at a perfect temperature. For us lap swimmers there are even two lanes. The house is comfortable, inviting, and tastefully furnished, big enough for a moderate sized family reunion. Everything was clean and well maintained. The folks at Royal Beach Rentals were helpful, friendly and gave wonderful customer service from the time we made the reservations through when we left. It's in the center of everything, between Destin and Panama City. You can find great food in almost any price range and even the pricey restaurants have a relaxed, beach-side atmosphere. We did everything from parasailing to scuba diving. If you can't find a warm weather recreation you enjoy close by, you'r just not looking:-))

The dishwashers were ideal. The bedroom on the first floor (where the grandparents slept) had two very high beds and so we were glad that we brought step stools. One for the kids and one for us. The pool nearby was great, but for the grandparents the distance to the beach was quite a trek. The eating area for the kids was ideal. We did wish that the flat screen TV downstairs had a DVD player, so that the adults could watch something different. The door locks were a small problem. The house was well maintained, but the wood floors needed to be mopped a little better. The decor was beautiful and we were very comfortable. The rental agency reps were very helpful.

A Beach Blessing

The house worked great, with the bunk rooms for boys and girls and plenty of living area. The beach was easily accessible and never crowded. The shed with many beach toys and the bikes were a real plus. Seaside and Rosemary Beach were minutes away and have great restaurants and shops. Our nine-year old grandson said, "This is worth getting used to." Had a great time.

Great Location; Home needs some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location can't be improved upon, but the house is showing some wear and tear. From the broken dishwasher (one drawer didn't work), to the ill-fitting freezer (seal wasn't tight, so ice cream melted), to the stains on the carpet and furniture, it simply felt that this lovely home needs greater attention, including a deep cleaning.The rental company was polite and prompt in reservations and check-in. To be fair, we didn't complain about the maintenance concerns, because we didn't want anyone working on the house while we were visitors.The beach traffic was very light, compared to other sections of beach in the area, and the pools that are available to those not renting through St. Joe were definitely adequate. It's a great development, and the bones of the home are great. The layout of the bedrooms and the large breakfast nook were really good.While I wouldn't rent this particular location again, I definitely recommend the development itself.

This accommodates our family of 15 perfectly--bedrooms and living area and parking were all well used. We cooked most of our meals in, making it even "moore relaxing". We loved it.

Great place for large families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Watersound area because it was not congested like some of the other areas on 30A. The house was perfect for our family of 14, which included 4 children 3yrs and under. I gave location 4 stars only because there is no beach view. Due to the distance to the beach we brought a wagon to pull children to the beach/pool only to discover another wagon at MR so it was nice to have 2. We enjoyed the bicycles as well. Our only negative was that our 2yr old grandson tripped on the rug at the front door, hit his head on the baseboard, and had to get 3 stitches. The staff at Sacred Heart hospital should also receive 5 stars as they were also very professional and did a great job on our little guy. Aside from that we had a fabulous trip and I would definitely recommend Royal Beach Rentals/Moore Relaxing to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion with 11 people (all ages) stay at Moore Relaxing and it was a GREAT vacation! Plenty of room for a large group -- and within walking distance to the beach and pool. The house and the Water Sound community are beautiful! We enjoyed the gas BBQ pit, the flatscreen TV for movie nights, the shed full of beach toys and games for group activities, loved the outdoor shower and bikes (easy to rent more if you need them). Our only small complaint was they didn't provide enough paper products, so be prepared to bring or buy your kleenex, trash bags, etc. Royal Beach was very helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area and restaurant ideas (we loved Bruno's pizza and the little grill by the pool). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at this house and we love it! This house lives large and houses a large number in comfort. The location is amazing, just walk down the boardwalk out your door and you are on the gorgeous beach. Watersound is a beautiful area to enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of Seaside or Rosemary Beach but close enough to visit.
