Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue à Windsor Hills, une belle communauté fermée située à quelques minutes des attractions d’Orlando et à quelques minutes de route de la plage. Le clubhouse du Windsor Hills Resort comprend une immense piscine de style lagon avec toboggan et bain à remous, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un centre de remise en forme, des terrains de beach volley, de basket-ball et de tennis, un cinéma de 40 places et une salle de jeux vidéo. Merci de considérer cette belle maison en rangée de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. La configuration de la chambre à coucher comprend 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et 1 jeu de jumeaux et un canapé-lit. Ok, not great

Not a great place to stay but it worked. The place could really use some help in the way of comfort and updating. We got in late and went right to bed...to my horror the next morning I woke up on a pillowcase that had a bloodstain on it...I am assuming the previous renter had a nose bleed? EWE! We were there 7 days and didnt receive a replacement pillowcase until the 6th day...(though they said they sent someone the next day?!?) The beds are hard, no kitchen rags and only 1 kitchen hand towel. No pool towels for a place with a pool and a resort pool as well (thats odd) although the description does not mention them offering them so the listing was accurate but still odd, the dishwasher and washer/dryer were SO loud. No plunger in the house (we waited half a day to get one ...icky smells no bueno) You can pretty much hear everything through the walls (eek), we are pretty sure the couch was broken in the middle (you can only tell when you sit on it in the middle and it touches the ground, the rental pool in the back needs cleaned (lots of sand...we never swam in it, too cold - end of march) and overall just a dated feeling. We made it work but it wasn't a "comfort" or "luxury" stay thats for sure. Global responded to messages asap so that was a plus. The slides at the resort were super fun but trying to get a lounge chair was aweful (LOTS of people) ping pong and pool are not included in the pool house you have to pay extra which was also odd for a pool house. Not bad but not great either.

Thank you for your stay. Our team works hard to make sure our home is vacation-ready for every guest. The day the issue with the pillowcase was reported we sent our cleaner directly to the townhome, and the stain looked like a dye of some sort and was replaced. Several days later we were called back to swap out another pillowcase. I am very sorry and at the same time very surprised to hear of the other issues you have mentioned. I have pulled up your folio and do not see that anything else was reported Everyone loves our location and have not had any reports regarding some of these issues. I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your time and will make sure to address our team with your report.

The washing machine was messed up the whole time we were there. We able to wash clothes sometimes it work other times we had to put it on drain and rinse. We not home all day except for Sunday and that’s when I realized the ac was not working properly we had it on 70 and it stayed 77 degrees in the house. Other than those two things I loved the home

Horrible Vacation Experience

I walked into the townhouse at 4am. Of course it was dark, and we carried luggage into the house and went straight to our rooms to go to bed. I noticed there was a little bit of water on the kitchen floor, but I hadn't identified the leak. Then I walked upstairs to the kids room, and the carpet was flooded in one area. So I looked at the email I was sent for check in and called the 24 hour/after hour emergency maintenance hotline. I left the voicemail..it directed to me leave a message immediately. I woke up for work at 8am. I expected some sort of return call, nothing. So I called again at 9am and spoke with someone at front desk. I reported the issue and let them know that the carpet was flooded upstairs, and the kitchen had a steady leak and was filling a bowl. They said they would send someone right away. Four hours went by, the ceiling was raining water and it was yellow water that had a nasty smell. I was concerned for my children...one has medical issues, and no one wants to sit, eat, or cook in a kitchen that you're being rained on. It was awful. Upstairs and downstairs basically under construction, and you can tell the ceiling has had multiple leaks. It was super dangerous. After another hour, I made a third call and demanded someone come immediately after my daughter and I slipped in the kitchen trying to change out the bowl because there was so much water on the floor. At this point the ceiling was leaking in three places and pouring through the light fixture. SUPER DANGEROUS. My back and neck STILL HURTS from this fall. It took that call to get someone to come see about the leak and flooding. It's clear this leak and flooding was there before I even checked in. I was very upset that the maintenance man came and fixed it, tried to dry up the carpet....but told me I couldn't use the kitchen for 24 hours. So that's two days without the kitchen use that I paid for and a moldy smell through out the entire stay. I was scared to use the electric stove, light switch, and had to give my kid an extra asthma treatment everyday for the mildew. Just not the vacation I expected with the money I paid. I expected some sort of follow up but I didn't get anything or call. I called as well days before check out to follow up on my request for some sort of discount to be provided. They took my information and said I would receive a call or email by the time I checked out. I received nothing. Not a good experience AT ALL.

The ceiling issue was reported the first morning and fixed promptly the same day. We are so sorry for your fall, we had no idea. Great family getaway

The property and location are perfect. We enjoyed the private pool and the community pool. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes from WDW. We had some issues with the washer and the bed in the master wasn’t comfortable but over all it was great.

Ocorreram 2 eventos chatos relacionados a limpeza que foram: encontrar um cotonete usado embaixo da cama e uma camiseta, certamente de algum outro hóspede, totalmente empoeirada, embaixo da cômoda. Ambos no mesmo quarto. Sugiro mais atenção com a faxina!

Very enjoyable!

The house was an awesome 2 story that slept 7 and has its own pool! The community pool was spectacular, it had its own small amusement of a swimming area, a movie theater, billiards, and a gym. It was awesome, I recommend it! However dont go to Wal Mart on a Friday evening, its like a circus!!

Overall satisfied

Overall was good got what we had planned. Plenty of supplies in the house. We didn't use the pool but the area was clean. Lighting minimal in the bedrooms and living room. Not an issue but worth a mention.

June 2019 Stay

While we always stay at WDW for our Central Florida vacations, this was a visit to help family for a week so renting was a smarter option. The space was clean, suited our needs, and was centrally located to where we needed to go. We didn't use the private or main pools, but both looked fine. My 13yo would have liked the WiFi to have been strong enough to reach the second floor (for his video game), but it worked fine in the living room. The living room/dining area could use some better/more lighting...but that was a very small thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this space to others.

Disney Vacation

Location and pricing were great value. Nice home. Didn’t spend much time at the house, but when we did it was comfortable. An added chair to the outside would have been nice (the two iron chairs are rather uncomfortable and there’s only one other chair). Gets rather warm and stuffy sleeping at night due to not being able to turn temp below 72 degrees and no fans. But definitely a value at the price. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Sorry if this was an inconvenience. I will also look into lowered that A/C minimum. The reason we do that is during warmer seasons if it's put lower the A/C unit will freeze up. It gets rather warm here, and they just can't keep up. I am glad you overall enjoyed your stay, and we hope to welcome you back!

Place was fine. One burner on the stove was not working which wasn't a big deal. Stairs could use a quick cleaning but everything else was good. No issues. We would go back again.
