Nothing about this property disappointed! Beautifully clean, well equipped, comfortable, up to date. Well situated to travel around and explore Maine. Accurate description and photos on website.
Very well renovated and comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean and well eqipped. Easy parking. Host very helpful and responsive.
Stairs are steep, so possibly not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
The host was very friendly and accomodating since my first interaction. This was our first time in a short term rental and we had lots of questions. Isaac was polite, professional and the house is fantastic! Its fully stocked with premium appliances, personal care items and comfy furniture. Very quiet and newly renovated place. Every part of this home is feels welcoming. Thank you!
We had never used Vrbo before, so we didn't exactly know what to expect. I had to ask a few questions before we committed, and the host was very helpful and responsive.
The property itself was as nice as it looks in the pictures. It was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped. There was a ton of storage space. The two bedrooms were upstairs, so my husband could go to bed early, and I could stay up later and not disrupt his sleep. There were plenty of light fixtures, so we never felt we were stumbling around in the dark.
There were only two drawbacks for us, which might not bother younger people. We are both senior citizens, with some mobility issues. The front steps could use some work, such as a higher handrail. The interior steps to the second floor...which are accurately pictured...are pretty steep. We both felt some hesitation navigating the stairs, but we were careful.
This might not be a best choice for someone with mobility issues or balance issues.
Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the space and the amenities. The value of this apartment, compared to hotels in the area, was exceptional.
I spent a week at this newly renovated property and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was modern and state of the art...From the new kitchen appliances, to the huge TV and audio system, I had everything I needed to be comfortable and relaxed. The bathrooms were great, with rain-style shower heads and plenty of real, fluffy towels. As it was just me staying here, there was an entire second bedroom that went unused. The laundry area was great as well. A snow-storm hit while I was there, and the owner stayed in contact with me regarding parking procedures and ensured that the stairs were safe and the path to my vehicle was cleared. I would highly recommend this property, and will rent it again on my next trip to Central Maine.
Born and raised in Maine, I have lived in several other states but this is home. I spend most of my time managing my small portfolio of multifamily properties. My goal is to create rentals that feel like home to my guests whether they're here on vacation, for work, or otherwise.
