You will have the most amazing views of the Mediterranean and the Besparmak mountain range and never get bored of the sound of the waves.

The apartment with direct access to the beach and pool is perfect for a family holiday, the surrounding area is tranquil and unique.

The living room, the terrace and patio, bedroom 1 and 2 faces South-West which makes this apartment pleasantly warm even during the colder months.

There is a family bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from its en-suite wet room and has a brand new king size bed. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have patio doors leading out onto the terrace/garden. You will have the luxury of waking up to beautiful views from each one. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and brand new energy efficient air-conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and the view from the window is spectacular.
There is a large terrace which is the width of the apartment. Garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers are provided. There is a BBQ and also a solid roof pergola for shade.

I am sure, much of your time will be spent sat being mesmerised by the motions of the sea and the stunning Cyprus sunsets. The view is simply priceless and the pictures don't do it justice.

There are 3 large pools on the resort as well as 2 children's pools, a gymnasium, a table tennis room and a small library room.

Car hire is recommended.
We are in a remote part of North Cyprus, adored by locals and nature lovers for its peace and quiet. The area is developing fast and new shops are established in the surrounding areas all the time. It’s good to note that there is no restaurant on site but the nearest ones will deliver to this apartment.
Your host lives on site and will be happy to assist you during your stay if required and you decide not to rent a car.


Bills: £35 allowance for water and electricity usage is included in the total price per stay. Anything over £35 is payable on check out during the inspection by your host

Tatlisu sits 40 kilometres east of Kyrenia between the five-finger mountain range and the Mediterranean coast. Sitting in the north-western corner of the famous Famagusta region, the Tatlisu area connects with nature in every way. For convenience, Kyrenia town centre is a 40 minutes drive, or Iskele is 30 minutes drive away, Famagusta old town is approximately 60 minutes away from Sea Terra Bay. The Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is 20-minutes drive away. There are also many bars, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. Ercan International Airport 40 minutes , Larnaca is just under an hour away from this relaxing holiday home
