Amazing stay! Great location in nature. Small town vibe with good food. We loved every aspect of our stay, and Andrew was SUPER helpful. If you just wanna escape the everyday grind then this is the place to go!

What a beautiful property and location, I wish we could have stayed longer! The house itself was clean, comfortable and felt just like a home away from home. We loved having our morning coffee and happy hour cocktails on the deck soaking in the beautiful views. Andrew was a great host, answering questions quickly (even after I realized said questions were already answered the cool app that is linked to the property) and he was also very accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for our anniversary celebration and had a wonderful week. We really enjoyed the screened front porch where we could watch the intermittent rain. Naps on the swinging bed there were the best. We also enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the waterfall when it wasn’t raining. There is a great paved trail just down the road for walking or biking. I recommend going to Top of the Rock Brewery for at least one meal. We weren’t able to hike much but it looks like there are a lot of great options in this area.

Amazing home! Kitchen had all the essentials plus more that you don't always find at rentals. All the beds were super comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows. The whole place is top tier quality.

Incredible location. Hiked to the falls multiple times. Kissing my wife under a waterfall was awesome. Within a short drive to other falls and cave tours. Beautiful property location. I would definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and helpful.

A perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. The deck looks directly down on Sycamore Falls and the trails are excellently maintained and marked. Right down the road from Sewanee another beautiful spot. A perfect place to get your group together. Andrew is a great host. We hope be back for sure.

The property itself is one of the sweetest places we’ve ever experienced, tucked into nature in a way that invites you to slow down and just be.Check-in was seamless, and the communication from the host was excellent throughout—clear, responsive, and genuinely welcoming, which set the tone for the entire visit.We spent our days exploring and soaking in the surroundings, and the location couldn’t have been better. Getting to The Caverns was incredibly easy, making it a perfect home base for a bit of adventure mixed with an awesome show, and plenty of peace and relaxation.We also have to give a special nod to some local gems—meals at Tracside and Dutch Maid Bakery were standout highlights. Delicious, comforting, and full of local charm.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a cozy launch point for exploring the area, this place truly delivers. This was the most wonderful property. Everything in the description is correct about the property and the house. Wonderful deck where you can see and hear the waterfall. Beautiful house , bed was comfortable. Access to so many wonderful hiking trails. Will definitely be back!

The knives and pans need improvement. Dull knives and frying pans were beyond the non stick stage so the eggs stuck badly.

This is an exceptional property that represents itself perfectly in listings. The owners communicate everything very well, and the property is so beautiful. We hiked down to the river and waterfall many times and will definitely be back! If you love the sound of rushing water when you sleep at night, this is the place.

Stunning Location!

I can’t say enough about this location. If you’ve ever dreamed of living in a tree house with all the comforts of home, this is the place to come. We hiked, explored the quaint towns in the area and went to a music festival at The Caverns. Fantastic family vacation and we will definitely be back!

Relaxing trip

Great place very well equipped and easy to get to. Close to anything you would want to do whether it be fine dining or remote hikes with beautiful scenery. Andrew was very responsive and gave detailed answers to my questions. We will go back again when we have a chance. Sitting out on the deck listening to the creek and waterfall will be sorely missed

Amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay. It's exactly how it is described and looks, only better. The house and property were very clean and comfortable. We loved the privacy and the peaceful serenity. It's incredibly well stocked. And to top it off, Andrew is incredibly responsive and helpful with absoutely anything. We definitely want to go back.

The listing photos dont do this place justice. A great private location, subtle background noise from the waterfall, and everything provided that you could need. Closets filled with board games and a deck with grill & fireplace.

Family Time

As our kids are getting older and more independent it’s a rarity to have some time away with all of them. This cabin and trip provided just that. It was a relaxing, peaceful, full of laughter trip. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property was gorgeous and allowed all of us including our four legged “kids” to enjoy and explore it. The check in was seamless. The hosts communicated everything well. All the essentials were supplied. We couldn’t have asked for a better time away.

Great place to relax

My husband and I stayed at the Lodge for 5 days in Oct. We had great weather. The leaves were changing so the area was beautiful. The house has everything that you could want for a nice stay. The decks on the front and back were a nice place to recharge and enjoy nature. Andrew our host was excellent. Made us feel very welcome. We plan to book again.
