Place is amazing. We really enjoyed kayaking and fishing. They had everything we needed. There is also a great beach at the end of the road. We plan on visiting again.

We didn’t bring matches or a lighter so we had to borrow from the neighbors… I couldn’t get the front door to lock but other than that everything was wonderful wished we could’ve stayed longer

This is our second time staying here and it was again, wonderful. The host literally thought of everything you might need. It's cute, clean and close to everything you would want to do. This place is perfect for a couple, group of friends OR family getaway.

A master class in how to be a fabulous host. Home is outfitted with everything you could need. Then the kayaks, manatees, comfy beds and it’s all super clean! We can’t thank you enough for giving us a place to call home for the memories and laughs!

The property was very welcoming and decorated so cute! Everything you needed was there and so close to shopping and entertainment. Our dog loved it too! Thanks for c a relaxing and great vCTion. Using your kyacks to get to the manatees was co convenient! Loved and hope to come again.

Perfect getaway!

This place was amazing and the hosts thought of everything you could possibly want and need to have an enjoyable stay including activities. The place was immaculately cleaned and was gorgeous inside and out!! We are already talking about coming back next year and making this place an annual trip.

Such a great location! My family loved using the kayaks during the day and sitting by the fire and fishing at night. Our 3 days flew by. From the backyard we kayaked to King Spring and between the canal and the spring we saw several groups of manatees. Only 10-15min paddle. Lots of wildlife to see (birds, turtles, fish, manatees, alligators) The house is also well equipped to make your stay comfortable.

We had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything in mind,from firewood,hiking gear,coolers to even a crockpot.It was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely will be coming back.

Very clean! It was nice to have kayaks to use and not worry about rentals. We spent a lot of time on the water. We saw hundreds of manatee! It close to town, but far enough away to be away from the crowds. We would definitely stay again. The host communicated promptly and was kind.

Very Cool Place!

We had a great stay at Camp Manatee. Very clean and cozy place in a quit neighborhood. We took the provided kayaks to three sisters springs and had a blast. It’s a fairly easy paddle getting there and is well worth the trip. Vicki is a very responsive host and we would definitely return!

Fantastic property!

We had a wonderful stay at Camp Manatee! The house is beautiful and we loved the smart use of storage space. Very comfortable and clean. The back yard was peaceful and beautiful. We loved our kayak ride to lunch! It is in a perfect location.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owners have really thought of everything. Kayaks, fishing poles, games, even a cooler. It is on the canal with easy access to get to the scalloping grounds. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

A true gem of a vacation rental!!

This place was one of the best vacation spots I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. We didn't want to leave. Every part of this place spared no detail. The host went above and beyond and we truly cannot wait to come back and visit. Do yourself a favor and stay here. We can't wait to return.

Loved this place

The place was great. Practically everything is brand new. It’s cozy but has plenty of room for a small group. Outside area is great and we spent lots of time there. Short kayak to kings bay. And even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house. Neat little wooded area across the canal Would definitely recommend.

The property was very clean and as advertised. All the advertised amenities were available and in good condition. The host provided youth kayaks for our stay and we had a great time. The kitchen is small, but we had everything we needed. Being on the waterway was a huge benefit and they had a dry bag available so we could take our phones out on the water. So nice! The host was also very responsive and answered questions quickly. Thanks so much!!
