-Drafts and Watercrafts Bar and Grill at the marina is open until mid-October and will open mid to late April.

No Parties or Pool Parties
Pool bracelets will be provided to access pool when pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. A $25 charge applies to any bracelet that is lost or damaged
No parking on the road, all vehicles must be in driveway to avoid neighbors being blocked. Any vehicle parked in the road will be towed at guests expense. Driveway will fit 2 vehicles and 1 car in the garage.
