The house is in the perfect location in the middle of town. Close enough to walk to the beach and park or drive a golf cart to all the local spots. This bright beach cottage is situated right off Butler Avenue. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach, marsh or park. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to on the Island, you’re only a brief walk or cart ride away.


As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the main home. This includes access to the four beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, front porch, side-yard with fire pit, fast wifi, cable TV, full kitchen, new furniture, and more. This unit is located in the main house on the property which means you have complete privacy in the home, but you may see our guests from the other unit located in the apartment above (accessible via exterior staircase) and around the outside areas. Feel free to be neighborly and say hi :blush:

Anchored on 8th is a beach cottage that has been completely restored. With 4 BD | 2 BR layout in the main house. The open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with plenty of seating and a smart TV, and a dining table equipped for 6.

The exterior has 2 porches: the front porch has a ceiling fan with a bench and rocking chairs and the side porch has a grill with a pub table and bar stools. All perfect spots to enjoy a cup of coffee and smell the salt air. Lastly the side yard is equipped with a gas fire pit, adirondack chairs and string lights.
