The $55/day resort fee Is included in rental price.

12.5% Placer County tax (11.5% lodging tax, 1% transit tax, and 0.5% Local Assessment) is an additional charge paid at the time of reservation.

Additional Fees (charged by the Resort and payable directly at the front desk):
Valet parking: $65/day.
Self-park $35/day
Ski/board storage: $20/night per set.

Important:
1. 1. Ski and Snowboard equipment is strictly not permitted in the condo and need to be stored by the resort on a nightly basis. (The valet ski-check service is included in the nightly fee).
2. This property is independently owned and managed. Please call the rental managers if you need anything, including housekeeping, during your stay.

Cancellation Policy: Call us. We don't want you to lose any money unnecessarily. Even if you are past the partial or no refund deadline, if we can re-book the nights, we will credit you a refund up to the full amount, less a $100 re-booking fee.
