★ Screened-in BBQ: Large screened in Lanai with pretty wrap around string lights and an overhead fan. Sit around playing cards at the glass table with a water view and enjoy the smell of fresh air and BBQ.

★ Yard Games: It’s all about fun in the sun. Provided are Cornhole boards, Giant Jenga blocks, Ring toss, Cards, Puzzles, and Board Games.

★ Beach Essentials: We are located close to amazing gulf shore beaches and want to provide all the essentials for your beach explorations. Provided are Beach towels, Beach umbrella, Large Cooler, and Beach chairs.

★ Large Dock: Boat friendly! Park your boat right up to the dock. (Please inquire with host to insure we can accommodate) Lots of space and seating with solar lights surrounding the railings and dock floor, this provides visibility at night and creates a beautiful display of color when enjoying an evening BBQ. The dock extends out over the water so feel free to fish and lounge right on the water!

★ Kayak Launch Dock: Getting in and out of a kayak can be challenging. so, we built a brand-new dock just off the main dock that has handles and a post to tie the kayak to allowing for easier and more stable access into the kayaks.

★ Master on Suit bathroom: The home has two full baths, but the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and private on-suite bathroom.

★ Dedicated workspace: In the open concept living and kitchen area you will find ample workspace with comfortable seating.
