We have been coming to Arkansas for the past 5 years as part of our annual mountain bike trip. This is by far the best place we have stayed, and all of us staying agreed! Very spacious, comfortable beds, and convenient access to several mountain bike trails. If available for our next trip we will be reserving again!

Great house for getting together! Several places to gather… living room, downstairs, around the fire pit, or the wonderful covered deck. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment which makes it easy to cook meals. Loved having both the grill and blackstone available. Nice woodsy area too.

The home was perfect for gathering with our kids and their families for a wedding in Bentonville. I would love to give Chad 10 for communication. So quick with replies to my questions, prior to and during our stay. Our grandkids loved the spacious lower level with foosball table and bunk beds for all!Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed using the Blackstone grill for breakfast one day. A wonderful home for special time with family!

We LOVE this house!! We came to town for the Rule of 3 with several families and this was perfect. There is plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, huge garage for all the bikes, and a beautiful deck on the back to relax. This is the second time we booked this house and will absolutely book again in the future. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Excellent place for our family to spend Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was roomy for cooking the feast, Door Dash accessible when giving the weary cook a break. Coffee enjoyed each morning, and plenty of college football watching downstairs in the media room. Plus, the setting was beautiful.

Large group weekend getaway

Perfect house for a group of 10, 4 king beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Beautiful view from the screened in back deck and easy access to the trails. Great communication from the owner, we would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting! A spacious layout with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, made for a comfortable stay for our rather large crew. The kitchen was well apportioned and met our needs well. The hosts were great at communication and very accommodating.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The kitchen is very well stocked which is great for a large group. The king beds were comfortable and the bunk room fun for the kids. Our hosts were very responsive and quickly helped with a couple of things that cropped up. It is in a convenient location to get around Bentonville. We had 4 cars and there was lots of parking.

Great place!

This is a wonderful and spacious house that was more than enough for our 3 families. The beds were comfy and all of the amenities were fabulous. The lovely pictures truly do not do this gorgeous house justice for how spacious it truly is. Chad, our host, was incredibly gracious and gave us local recommendations that were gems. We travel to this area 2 or 3 times a year with a few families for weekend getaways and we will be thrilled to rent this property again!

Spacious, Clean, Great Communication

The check-in process was seamless, and we quickly settled in, feeling right at home. The space was generous enough for everyone to have their own area. We particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the large dining table, perfect for games and meals. Our host maintained excellent communication and handled everything graciously. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for large group

We stayed with a large group of teens and parents over spring break. The space was perfect, allowing teenagers the basement bunk room with adjacent TV room to hang out. Adults used the upstairs rooms. Kitchen was well stocked and large enough to hang out and all eat. Location was primo, right on the Mtb trails from your back yard. We biked everywhere.

It is true, the pictures do not do the home justice for how spacious it truly is! There is enough room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of each other whether in the kitchen, family room, dining room or bedrooms. Back screened in deck and open deck area great for a morning cup of coffee or evening cigar and the blackstone was a bonus. It was the perfect location for family to gather together for graduation to be away from all of the traffic and crowds in Fayetteville with only a 35 min drive! This place is 5 star. If I had to critique, it would be great to have more linens (towels, washcloths, hand towels) all around for each bathroom. TVs are a little tricky to use but we figured them out. Some guidance on which light switch worked for which lights would also be helpful! Chad was super responsive for any and all needs which is greatly appreciated! Loved the location and would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great graduation weekend celebration!
