Welcome to our exquisite beach vacation rental with NEW rooftop deck and NEW game room in the charming coastal town of Carlsbad, California. This sun-drenched retreat is a stone’s throw from the Pacific and features three inviting bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, and three distinct outdoor living areas providing expansive space for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable seaside getaway. Step inside to discover a bright and airy living space adorned with coastal-inspired decor, offering a cozy haven to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby beaches and attractions. The gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and corona countertops invites guests to create delicious homemade meals to be savored in the dining area or alfresco on the private patio within earshot of crashing waves.
Each thoughtfully appointed bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep, with plush bedding and tranquil ambiance. Get some sun and relax on the new rooftop terrace while watching surfers and sailboats play in the sea. The new large game room has a flatscreen TV, ping pong and shuffleboard tables, plus beach chairs & boogie boards for beach fun. The private backyard features shuffleboard and a barbeque.

Other Things to Note:
The gated beach access gate across from the home is not usable for guests. Access to a family-friendly lifeguarded beach is an easy walk north about two blocks. Wagon and boogie boards provided. You'll also find a grassy park with a play structure across the boulevard.
