Great property and location right across from the beach. House was well stocked, clean, and very cozy. Has everything you would need for your stay and then some. Great communication from host for check-in as that was all we needed because there were absolutely no issues at the property. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

Family fun at 206 Dream Beach Haven.

We had a fun time at dream Beach Haven . The house was great and big enough to accommodate our family.Our grandkids had a blast swimming in the pool and in the ocean. Plus, it was close enough to historic Saint Augustine.

Amazing Place, Worth Revisiting!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Vilano Beach home! The location was unbeatable, a dog-friendly beach right across the street, plus an easy drive into St. Augustine’s historic district. The house was spacious and comfortable for our whole family, and it fit everyone perfectly. David was a wonderful host: responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. We loved coming back to relax after exploring the city, and the pool was a huge bonus. Every detail made our trip special, and we’d book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, you won’t be disappointed! 🌴🐾

Perfect location!

Wonderful home, literally steps from the most beautiful beach! This house is in the perfect location steps from the ocean, 5 minute drive to Publix and less than 15 minutes from the historic area of St.Augustine. We were debating about staying here or staying in the historic Area. We are so happy to have stayed so close to the beach with a private pool. It was the right choice! The house had everything we needed, even beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

Relaxing family vacation at Vilano Beach

We booked our week vacation at Beach Haven in Vilano Beach and the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and screened in patio area. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day playing in the sand. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. It’s a short drive to Publix, restaurants or exploring the downtown district. We had two dogs with us and appreciated that this beach house had a yard for them and a fenced area in the back as well. Plenty of parking as well. We did not use the grill during our stay. Check in and check out process were super easy and the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house and would stay again!

Cutest little beach house

We had the best girls’ weekend at this adorable little beach house! The location couldn’t be anymore perfect, literally just walk right across the street to the beach and quick drive to historic area. The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor area, so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The host was wonderful with excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and stress free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing girls’ trip, family vacay, or little beach getaway!

The home is very spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The location is perfect… close to some great dining options, minutes to historic downtown, and steps away from the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and perfect for quick walks with the pup. Our trip was planned pretty last minute, but everything was seamless and easy from the booking to post check out. The Host could not have been better… great communication throughout the whole process, easy steps to follow and very quick to respond with any questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had a perfect layout and plenty of comfortable beds. It was stocked well as we cooked at home most nights. It was a very short walk to the beach, super convenient. The super clean heated pool was the highlight of our stay and the floats and pool toys were a bonus. Highly recommend!

Great house. Great location. Very communicative host. Pool was lovely after the beach and at night. We enjoyed opening up the back doors and spending time as a family in the screened area. The three amazing local restaurants was a plus. And, it was so much fun getting to those three restaurants via the golf cart we rented while staying at 206 Dream Beach Haven.

Great Beach Getaway!

Great location and host… Property is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended stay! Host was so helpful and responsive to any and all inquiries. LOVED you could enjoy the beach, while having a beautiful home to enjoy the outdoors with a screened in pool and outdoor area… BEST of both worlds!

Great place

We rented this house for a Christmas trip this year and it did not disappoint. The heated pool and outdoor seating area were perfect for the cooler temperatures. One minute walk to the beach. Even had a Christmas tree for the holiday. Highly recommend 🌴🎄
