• Bedroom 3: 1 Full bed + TV

• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds + TV in loft (this space is partially open to the upstairs hallway and does not have a traditional solid door. An accordion-style door and curtains can be used to provide additional privacy. Best suited for children, teens, or guests comfortable with a semi-open sleeping space)

• 1 full shared bath for bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 with walk-in shower

• Half-bath (toilet only) for guests or peak "getting ready" time



Guest Access:

Our guests have full, private access to the unit, with contactless check-in and out available.



Parking:

• Dedicated parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway

• A parking pass will be issued for each vehicle and is valid for a period of 7 days. It must be renewed at the security gate every 7 days.

• Please do not park on the street or you may be towed at the owners expense



The Neighborhood:

The gated Ventura Country Club located on the east side of Orlando, minutes from major highways and the international airport, offers an 18 hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Tee times can be booked online, please visit their website for pricing as it can fluctuate.



There are several neighborhoods located in Ventura. Please note that resort amenities around the community are not included or may require an additional fee.



Getting Around:

Driving is the most convenient way to explore the area, especially for visiting Disney parks, shopping outlets, and nearby attractions at your own pace. Your own vehicle or a rental car is highly recommended. If you prefer not to drive, taxis and private transfers can be arranged from the airport and major hubs. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also widely available and commonly used for quick trips to theme parks and dining areas.

HOUSE RULES

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
