Ventura Country Club for many years has been known as “Orlando’s Best Kept Golf Secret” primarily due to its location and the presence of the Security Gates. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. Golfers simply need a tee time to enter.



With plenty of dining areas, both indoor and outdoor, you'll be able to serve up some fantastic meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu, thanks to your outdoor grill.



After your meal, challenge the crew to a game of table tennis, right there in your own garage! Top off your evening by cozying up by the fireplace, or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TVs.



When you're ready for bed, relax and stretch out in the spacious bedrooms. There's plenty of closet space, and each bedroom comes with fresh linens, fluffy bath towels, and a smart TV with complimentary cable and high speed wifi.

Parking:

• Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway. Please don't park on the street nearby.



Property Access:

• Guests will have full access to the unit.



• Please note that access to the Clubhouse facilities and amenities will be limited to guests with a stay of 30 days or more. Additionally, a key card is required for access, available for purchase at $60.

Ventura is a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained golf community comprised of over 1,700 luxury homes and condominiums. We are located in southeast Orlando, Florida 6 miles north of the Orlando International Airport. Residents and visitors live and play among stately oaks, ponds, lake Frederica, and walking/biking lanes.



Ventura is a gated community with an 18 hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. Ventura is the closest golf course from Orlando’s MCO Airport! The community also features a clubhouse with a grand ballroom that’s newly renovated, a dining room, a meeting room, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a library.

Important Notice:

• For smooth and secure check-in, all guests must complete the Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is complete. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Guests have access to tennis courts, basketball courts, park, pickleball without cost or reservation.

• Pool and fitness centre access require a $60 fitness card with a $25 refund upon return of key.

• Access card is only required for pool and fitness centre

• Golf access is separate and guests need to inquire at the Pro Shop.

• The TV in Bedroom 2 is an older computer monitor. It can be connected to a computer with a VGA output or to devices with RCA connections, such as older video game consoles, VCRs, or TV boxes.

• Please note that bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds and is located in the loft area of the property

• This space is partially open to the upstairs hallway and does not have a traditional solid door

• An accordion-style door and curtains can be used to provide additional privacy

• Best suited for children, teens, or guests comfortable with a semi-open sleeping space



• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
