Designed by renowned architect James Gamble Rogers II, our home is a 25-minute drive ($23 Uber) from the MCO Airport. Nestled in the heart of Orlando's College Park district, it is an oasis just moments away from Downtown Orlando: nightlife, museums, and funky art and music scene. Take a 25-minute drive to Disney, Universal, or The Outlets. Uber/Lyft/Walk to nearby trendy restaurants, museums, theaters, boutique shopping, and our craft beer scene.


The space:
Enjoy continental breakfast with coffee or tea either in the eat-in kitchen or on your private back patio.

We offer 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and keyless entry. There are 2 master suites: 1 with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with 2 Full-Size Beds and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is high-speed internet throughout the property and a 52" HD TV in the living room with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Blue-Ray DVD Player. The master queen bedroom also has a smart TV.

We want you to feel at home during your stay. There is everything in the kitchen to help prepare delicious meals. You have a few ingredients to get you started. Please help yourself to our fully stocked bar (*drink responsibly). Replace it with something if you choose, or maybe leave us a few dollars to do so ourselves, but, write us a note in the Coach House's guestbook to tell us how you enjoyed your experience.

Pull into your private brick driveway, follow the path up to the Coach House entrance, and use the keyless entry to enter. *Unique code is given to the guest day of.

You'll have access to the entire house – two bedrooms with two and a half baths, an eat-in kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a living room. Outside, you have your own grilling outdoor entertaining space with comfortable seating and lush gardens. You will love walking around this trendy College Park/Lake Ivanhoe area, and enjoying our magical vibe.
