A self-catering rental, 3 bedrooms in a lovely guarded neighborhood in Orlando

A 210m2 villa with 3 bedrooms in a lovely neighbourhood in Orlando Florida. The house is for 6-8 people and has everything you need and a wireless internet. The house is situated in a fantastic area called Ventura Country Club which is guarded 24 hours a day. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, golf shop, swimming pool, tennis court and a fitness room. In the club house there is also a restaurant and a bar. The area is not far away from Orlando airport ca. 20 km. and 30-40 km. from Sanford airport. The area is very well located and close by to all the great amusement parks like Disney world, Sea world, Wet and Wild, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Canter. There are many great malls and restaurants in the area. The Ventura Country Club is well located and offers many wonderful facilities for guests. Towels and linens are provided in the house. The age policy is: This house is not rented to people on there own under 25 years old a short time rent. The $190 cleaning fee is payable on arrival in cash.

The pictures don’t do it justice

It is much bigger than the pictures depict. The flow and comfort of the hose is great! Awesome neighborhood. David responded to all inquiries promptly and special shout-out to the caretaker Ron! Great location, Ventura country club is a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Booked this property last June and was pleasantly surprised by everything. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels and sheets. Great location, especially for us golfers that have spent the last several years in Ventura's many available condos.

Quiet spacious get a way.

Wonderful home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our kids loved having their own rooms. Eating breakfast outside in the screened in sun room was a joy. Very clean. The king bed was very soft, but surprisingly supportive. It is a bit high and a little challenging to get into if you are short. Otherwise, this home is a fantastic choice for visiting Orlando. It is also away from the crazy traffic and drama surrounding the Disney parks.

Great Spot!

This is a terrific place to stay. The property and the community are beautiful. Screened in porch in the back overlooks the golf course. Convenient to airport and other Orlando attractions. Great work away from home destination. Beautiful community pool, tennis courts, fitness center and golf course.

Felt Just Like Home

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in David's place and we were sorry to go at the end of our stay. This home is spacious and very comfortable and has everything one needs to enjoy any length of stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room furniture is very comfortable. Having an eat-in kitchen and a separate dining room is a plus. Coffee in the morning on the back patio watching the early morning golfers is very peaceful. The neighborhood has plenty of nice walking to do and an afternoon Happy Hour at the 19th hole restaurant is a great way to end an afternoon stroll. If you're looking for a home away from home within easy driving distance of all that Orlando has to offer, this place is it.

Great location

This Property has a great location. It is in a safe gated community and is perfect for anyone visiting the Orlando area. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The property is very nice and well maintained. We definitely plan on renting here again in the future.

A great home away from home

I rented David's villa with my brother and his family near the end of May and we all found it to be a very comfortable place to stay while in Orlando visiting other members of our family. There were five of us all together and we all had plenty of space to enjoy a bit of television togetther or be off in our own spaces to do what we liked - read outside... grill on the back patio... hang out indoors... David's house was very clean and his caretaker, Ron, happened to be there when my brother and family arrived ahead of me with some helpful information for our stay. The community is a quiet, well-kept golf community with nice amenties, which also had a variety of route options for morning walks. I found David to be very helpful and personable from the booking of our reservation all the way through the end of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Very clean, beautiful property

We loved the house and country club so much the first time we decided to stay again this trip. DavĂ­Ă° is very organized and makes the booking process very easy. The house is extremely clean. We enjoy using the pool and golfing. Trips to and from Disney take about 20-30 minutes and the airport is 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic. I highly recommend this property.

A wonderful experience

We visit our son and now daughter in law fairly frequently and several years ago we discovered Ventura. We have stayed there on every trip for the past 4 years in various types of accommodation but this was the first contact with David Karlsson, the owner of this lovely, spacious and quiet villa. It was easy connecting with David and we developed a good rapport prior to our visit for 10 days in January. We met Ron, David's 'man on site' the day after we arrived to complete the financial transaction and thereafter we felt very comfortable both in the Villa and knowing that Ron was available should we need anything. We didn't as the Villa is very well equipped and our trip was over too soon. We shall be returning again at the earliest opportunity and will always seek out dates that David has available...we know it's a popular residence and with very good reason. We'd recommend this property for a great, stay and David with whom our uncomplicated arrangements worked a treat. Thank you David and Ron....see you soon. Steve and Sheila Williams

Wonderful place to stay... with everything you need.

We had a great time staying at this property for the week. The playground and pool were great fro entertaining my 2yo son. We were close to the airport and 20 minutes from Disney. The house is very clean and well kept. David and Ron were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
