Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that the basement was too cold but one unit controls the main floor and basement. There is an electrical fireplace in the common area of the basement that can be used when needed. It helps to warm the basement and make it a bit more cozy.

Sorry, I rarely keep anything from any one, my goal is to refund. However, warranted a service call. I do not supply cleaning items and so I can't take the responsibility. I did what I could to alleviate the problem myself to no avail to avoid a charge and the service tech didn't charge his for second trip. I wanted to be certain and was willing to double check the mechanics. I too feel wrongly accused. They said it leaked then we found the soap in the photo provided. I did not see any dishwasher liquid or pods... so how do I know if they were there or brought along. What they described after researching photos on line was a laundry pod. I'm sorry they are upset. I went above and beyond for them. I'm quiet shocked at this review. I have had many people stay with me and I consider asking for reviews a bother. However, the site now forces us to need them. So I'll say in advance I apologize for needing them and sending you a request. But for anyone who has stayed before it only takes one person to make an award winning 35 year veteran in the industry look bad, who others in the business consider to be the one with it going on.
