Shewell's A-Frame on Mill Creek

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway; peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood along Mill Creek in the Drum Point community. Beach access is provided to the Drum Point community private beach. Nice view of Mill Creek from the kitchen and living room and back deck. An A-Frame style house with three levels; three bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. Additional sleeping spots can be accommodated using the couch and air mattresses upon request.

This is an open A-Frame style house with floor to ceiling windows on the back providing full view of Mill Creek behind the house.

The main bedroom is on the main floor with the bathroom directly across the hall. It has a king size bed.

Upstairs there's a loft bedroom with a half bathroom and claw foot tub. It has a king size bed.

Downstairs in the basement is the third bedroom with a queen bed and full private bathroom. Also in the basement are two sun rooms.

Note: There is a private pier and boat house, but currently it's not easy to get down there as there was some erosion that took out the stairs from the deck going down to the water. We're in the process of repairing and rebuilding; currently tied up in the government permit process. We've discounted prices until the new stairs are rebuilt after which the prices will increase with that amenity available again. We do provide you with a beach access hangtag to use the private community Drum Point beach and boat ramp just a mile or two down the road.

You may also notice a hot tub on the side of the lower deck that we will put back into operation once the rebuilding of the stairs and repairs to the deck are completed.
