Maison spacieuse, quatre chambres, six lits, trois salles de bains, terrasse avec Bar B-Q, cuisine complète, trois télévisions par câble, accès à la piscine et Wi-Fi dans la maison principale de l'autre côté de la rue. Idéal pour les grands groupes ou pour se divertir. Grande salle à manger avec deux tables à manger et aussi des sièges de bar. Salle de bain principale a bain à remous, Grande cour clôturée. Le propriétaire habite juste en face si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Les clients sont invités à visiter avec des chevaux de l'autre côté de la rue.

Very nice place. Definitely worth staying here. Place was big enough for all of us and out of town with a quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the peaceful area.

Great home in a very peaceful location

The stay was great! Great communication with owner. The house is located in an area with so many great views of nature. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms were all in excellent condition. The house had everything we needed and all the guests had a great time. I hope to book again next year!

Very nice property

The property is exactly as advertised, we had plenty of room for all of our guests. Jean was very communicative and helpful during the booking and the time leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend staying there, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Great Property!

We enjoyed staying here. It was a rural area but close to anything we wanted to do. We enjoyed visiting with the horses and spending some time unplugged. The property was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!

Huge House

The place is massive, choose hard or soft mattress . No internet or TV , but that’s great if you need a break . Cell service was great, so I cheated a little. All in All a nice stay!

The location was perfect for our son's Wedding Venue and several of our guests are horse lovers so that was great!! We had 9 adults in our party and we, my husband and I, unfortunately drew the short straw, and ended up having to sleep in the interior room with no windows and twin beds; which legally cannot be listed as a bedroom since it doesn't have multiple points of ingress/egress. The water pressure was amazing but the sulfur smell and taste was horrible. Even with multiple water flavoring mix-ins it was undrinkable. Since the AC/Heat is left off when the home is not in use, the home had a slight musty smell upon arrival. Other than that our stay was great and the home fit all of our needs.

Great Getaway

Beautiful house and property, and immacuately clean! We were in town for an event in Daytona, but the 40 minute drive was 100% worth it to stay at this rental. Beds and couches are comfy, and there is plenty of space in the house. Plenty of essentials provided. I would recommend bringing your own pans if you cook a lot and bottled water to drink (tap water not great tasting). Other than that, a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for our stay

Rental was exactly as described, and even better. Clean, comfortable, private and very spacious. There is easily space for 10 in this home, there were four in our party. Host was great to work with, available by phone. Location is beautiful- large, peaceful, fenced back yard. Pool is across quiet street, we were the only ones in pool during our stay. Owners horse farm/training facility is beautiful and staff is friendly (showed us around). For those seeking a peaceful getaway in a quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend this property.

Daytona getaway

House was perfect for our needs. Thought it was a little closer to the beach but the DeLand town was a great little area to eat at the end of the day. My only complaint I had was there was no WiFi at the house. We don't have an unlimited data plan. The house was lovely though and worked well for our needs staying with friend. We stayed on one side of the house and our friends had the other side.

Volusia Speedway Race Trip

My family, some of our race crew and I stayed in this home for an entire week. The house was very spacious and neat. It was fairly centrally located to groceries, food, the beach, etc. and 10 minutes from the track that we frequented with my son racing. Staying here was much nicer and actually less expensive than a hotel for the # of people we had. One day we had a slight issue with the AC, and the host responded quickly to my text and had a company out the next morning to fix it. I highly recommend this house, and if we go back to Florida, I most would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hospitality Jean!!!

My guests prior to the last visitors brought these bugs with them. The exterminator has been there twice now in addition to the regular service that I have always subscribed to. The exterminator had just been there the day before and these guests arrived before my cleaning lady had a chance to clean it. It was really unfortunate that these guests came in before she had a chance to clean everything up. This is a situation I take extremely seriously. I have taken steps to rectify it and I will continue to pursue these treatments until the problem is completely solved.

The house was perfect for 3 families. Lots of room. The best part was the barn. We had 4 kids and one of the boarders let them help muck stalls and feed. The kids loved it!

Great getaway home

This house had more than enough room for my group of 8. Hardest part was finding it but with the owner's assistance, we found it rather quickly. Having no Wifi was a nice since she kept a ton of family board games and puzzles on hand, we got a lot of family bonding done over these. The kids enjoyed the horses and absolutely loved the house. It was 30 to 60 minutes from the beach, depending on the beach you want to go. It was a wonderful experience.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house has a lot of space for large groups. It is a quiet location with a large yard but its only 15 minutes to historic downtown DeLand, 30 minutes to the Daytona Speedway, 45 minutes to the beach. Just 2 miles from the Old Spanish Sugar Mill restaurant in the DeLeon Springs State Park. Just five miles from the Barberville Pioneer Settlement. 1.25 hours to Disney.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The rural country setting is lovely place to walk or take your bikes. De Leon Springs State Park is nearby which is a wonderful place to see the waterfall, birds and orchids and make stoneground pancakes right at your table. You are welcome to watch us train the horses. We don't rent horses out for trail rides, but you can take a riding lesson if you wish.
