Youâll stay in a west Wichita neighborhood at near 13th St and Tyler Rd. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close to everything you need. Dillons grocery store and QuikTrip gas station are both less than 5 minutes away.
This is a small house but fits up to 8 guests with 5 beds. Great for families or work groups. Thereâs a 75" TV, a backyard gazebo, and a kidsâ playground.
King beds, a stocked kitchen, and space to relax. Easy location with quick access to shops, food, and main roads.
This home is perfect for families or groups, offering 3 bedrooms, entertainment areas, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax indoors or enjoy the large backyard with a fire pit and grill.
Remember this is one side of a duplex and completely private!

Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.

There is a potential of noise because the backyard faces Tyler Rd., a very busy street specially during peak hours.
