Villa Aria is a bespoke villa with extensive gardens, meticulously designed for a memorable holiday for families or small groups of friends. From tastefully curated art, crisp white linens, to a fully fitted and contemporary kitchen, every detail of Villa Aria has been thoughtfully put together for discerning travellers.

Villa Aria is not too large to accommodate one family, yet big enough to accommodate extended family, and friends. The guest rooms offer exceptional privacy, each one being individually accessed, yet connected by a breezeway wrapping around the pool. The villa is lightly rented to select guests, is professionally managed by Knight Frank and is always kept to a high standard.

The villa benefits from a uniquely expansive outdoor space, rarely available in Phuket, with 1700 square meters of your own beautifully manicured lawn and gardens, with mature tropical plants; coconut trees, banana trees, bougainvillea, frangipani, birds of paradise, just to name a few.

Villa Aria has a 15 meter private salt-water pool, designed with a large 1 meter depth shallow area, perfect for relaxing in or for children to play in.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa. Some of the highlights are:

The Master Suite - With beautifully crafted double height vaulted ceilings and bifolds that open up completely onto the pool and garden, the master suite is a lavish and private space that brings the sweeping gardens seamlessly into the bedroom.

The suite is tastefully furnished with custom built modern furniture accented by eclectic touches such as a coffee table made of reclaimed railway sleepers and rattan pieces with colonial flair. Bespoke paintings were commissioned for the suite in calming hues.

The suite comprises a king sized bed, private sitting area, dressing area, and luxurious bathroom area. A study, to which a cot or child’s extendable bed can be added, is annexed directly to the master suite giving parents their own space yet complete peace of mind.

Separate Guest Bungalow - Built separately from the main villa is a quaint stand alone guest bungalow. Though separate, the bungalow still offers full view and access to the gardens and pool.

The bungalow is furnished with a queen sized bed and an additional four posted day bed in the sitting area. The decor is luxurious in muted bronze and gold hues, themed by an impressive Jim Thompson wall panel and antique prints sourced all the way from the famous Portobello market in London.

There are two additional guest suites, one with a King sized Bed and ensuite luxury bathroom. The other is a twin room with an en suite shower and toilet.
Other things to note
PETS:
We have a four lovely cats. They have been rescued rescued over the years that we have been in Phuket. They live in our garden and are friendly, if not a little shy. But please do say hello!

GREEN VILLA:
We strive to keep our villa as environmentally friendly as possible. We encourage guests to reuse towels where possible, and be aware of the impact we have on the planet by use of air conditioning and water. We change towels and sheets twice a week. If you would like these changed more frequently, please do let us know. Beach and pool towels are provided as additional towels to bathroom towels.

LONG LETS & UTILITIES:
Long lets above 2 weeks are automatically discounted. However, we do not include utilities at the discounted rates. Utilities are charged at cost. Our villa manager will record the readings at check in and at check out. We will kindly ask for a payment for the utilities at check out. We are happy to send a money request through after your departure if this is preferred.
