• Our villa is a corner unit which means you don’t have neighbours walking

• There is a very popular café located in the villa complex to cater to your
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• The villa compound has 24 hours security.
• Ample parking space within the villa compound, and it’s FREE！

• The biggest land plot amongst the villas- 295sq metres.
• Lengthened private pool, instead of a tiny tub/pool.
• A garden to play with your kids or to do BBQ.
• Villa has high walls ensure maximum privacy and security.
• All 3 bedrooms have their own separate access. They are designed in the
way you won’t disturb the others when you go to your bedroom.
• Note: Our pricing is fair, and it’s based on number of bedroom, with each
room accommodating 2 guests.
* If you book under one bedroom, the other two bedrooms will be locked.
Maximum 2 guests can stay.
* If you book under two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms will be locked.

Wonderful Villa!

This Villa is absolutely wonderful! It's a beautiful, clean, well maintained property, in a lovely complex, in a very convenient location. Andy, the owner, has it stocked with all the usual things that you could need, plus a lot of unexpected stuff as well, including pool toys, beach toys, car seats, tricycles and the like. My family spent many hours swimming, playing and sunning ourselves around and in the large pool. In addition there is a Cafe located in the complex that has delicious food of all types. We anticipated cooking in the well stocked kitchen but found ourselves having breakfast in the Cafe most days. Their desserts are excellent! There is so much to do, as you're only a short distance from Laguna, Bang Tao beach, Layan beach and Banana beach. Be sure to go to the Friday night market at Boat Rd and Lagoon Rd where there's lots to eat, shopping, music and crafts. Andy is friendly and responsive, which made the whole transaction a real pleasure. I'll gladly rent this Villa again on our next trip to Phuket!

Thank you for your interest in the pool villa. My name is Andy, your friendly host.

If this is your first visit to Phuket, you will be in for a memorable trip. This island is so beautiful and charming that since my first visit 20 years ago, I have been coming back almost twice a year. Having travelled to island destination such as Maldives, Rio de Janerio, Ibiza, mallorca , Bali. I rate Phuket amongst the top. This island has so much culture and character that it suits all kinds of travellers. Whether you are looking for beautiful beaches, gastronomy treat, clubbing or pub hopping, culinary , family activities or wellness and fitness. Each part of the island has such specialities to offer.

I will be providing you with assistance and travel tips before and during your stay so that you get most of out your trip. I'm new to this booking platform but rest assured I have hosted more than 150 families with others. Being a frequent traveller, I know how important a safe and comfortable stay is, therefore my hosting and house preparation is with the travellers in mind. We are the perfect choice for families with kids, group of friends and couples.
