Bienvenue dans notre condo ...... Notre condo au rez-de-chaussée présente des finitions et un mobilier haut de gamme personnalisés et est situé dans un cadre très relaxant à quelques minutes des plages incroyables, des restaurants, du golf et du shopping dans la station balnéaire haut de gamme de Wailea. La cuisine entièrement équipée, le grand espace de vie confortable, la suite principale avec lit king-size de luxe et douche spa à l'italienne, les unités de climatisation et les ventilateurs de plafond dans la chambre et le salon et la véranda privée vous assureront un séjour confortable et mémorable au paradis.

Tous vos besoins de divertissement seront comblés avec des téléviseurs à écran plat LED dans le salon et la chambre, une stéréo prête pour les dents bleues, Internet haute vitesse, HDTV, Apple TV et un DVD Blue Ray. Nous offrons des services interurbains partout au Canada et aux États-Unis afin que vous puissiez rester en contact avec votre famille et vos amis. De plus, notre condo est équipé de chaises de plage et de parasols Tommy Bahama et d'une glacière pour une excursion d'une journée ou une belle journée sur l'une des nombreuses plages spectaculaires qui ne sont qu'à quelques minutes.

Notre objectif avec nos clients est de penser à tout ce dont ils peuvent avoir besoin pour accueillir un séjour merveilleux et confortable. Great Location!

Easy 2 min drive to local beaches. All beach equipment needed is available in the condo. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Condo was comfortable and very clean as listed. Will return again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and state parks. The rental had everything needed to feel like home. Jennifer was always immediately available, receptive and friendly. Would book this again as a “first choice“ for another Maui holiday.

Best time ever!

This condo was so calm, cool, and beautiful! My husband and I were on our first vacation without any kids and we were not disappointed with anything. It’s close to shopping and great food. And the condo itself is elegant and comfortable. All communication was easy. We would definitely go back we had the best time!

It was our first trip to Maui and we were not familiar with the area. This is a beautiful area. Perfect location and felt very upscale and safe. The unit is extremely clean and very well appointed. All the amenities we needed including beach gear. Very lovely! Jennifer was great communicator and we really appreciated the place.

Peaceful Stay in Wailea

The condo is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. The property owner is super responsive and helpful and we were very happy with our choice for a restful (but active) week on Maui.

Beautiful and clean!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. Location is great! Had one small issue (no fault of the owner), but Jennifer was very quick to reply and offer help. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to the beach and Shopping centers just down the hill

Easy to check in and they make it feel like a home. Clean and modern with a nice balcony for afternoon sun. There is a market close by that you can get everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it perfect for the end of a trip!

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was wonderful—clear instructions, a binder full of lots of helpful suggestions in the area, and very responsive. I also appreciated how clean everything was, especially given the pandemic.

Everything you could possibly need was taken into consideration. The complex location and infrastructure is excellent. I would stay there again for sure. I would also like to highlight that Jennifer was very accommodating with our check out time.

Clean and quiet Condo

Clean condo in a quiet complex. Mattress firm but comfortable Grounds are clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub a short walk away. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Place!

Truly a spectacular property and very nice, helpful owners. The condo was super clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and the location is perfect. They have everything you need to thoroughly enjoy your time in Maui, including beach chairs and recommendations to amazing restaurants.

Immaculate, modern and tranquil.

This Wailea condo far exceeded our expectations and was a great home base for our Maui vacation. A lot of thought has gone into the unit to help make a vacation easier (“beach box”, well equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer etc). The unit was modern and beautifully decorated with an open airy feeling and is truly “PRISTINELY” clean. The complex is very friendly and quiet, we had zero issues with noise from other guests or the tennis area. The Shops at Wailea (open air mall) and a great selection of beaches are a short walk away. Jennifer was great to deal with from start to finish. We originally planned to split our vacation between two communities but chose to stay our entire vacation at this condo because it was so fantastic (thank you Jennifer for accommodating us with this). This is a spectacular condo to stay at and we 100 percent recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely look forward to returning and staying again! Thank you again Jennifer and Phil. Stunning condo

I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Everything you need is there. The fittings and furniture are as pictured and are all first class and we were so comfortable we did not want to leave. The complex itself is quiet and well maintained with a great mix of residents and visitors, who are all really friendly. The shops and beach are a nice walk away (about a 10 minute leisurely stroll). Do not hesitate to book this condo, seriously, it is amongst the best accommodation we have ever stayed in (including 5 star hotels all around the world). The owners are easy to reach should you need them and they treat their guests like you are family ensuring everything you may want is at hand and you can trust everything is in full working order and so clean it is like brand new. It is worth noting that noise bothers me and some feedback noted the tennis courts and whilst you can hear people playing it is not at all intrusive.

Fantastic modern condo in perfect location

Modern finishings and all the amenities that you need. Hosts are easy to communicate with and were thoughtful in the amenities. Everything you need in the kitchen is there; bathrooms are amazing; coolers and beach chairs to take on outings. Looking forward to booking again when we’re in Maui.

Awesome condo exactly as advertised!

We really loved our stay here! The condo is very beautiful, clean and comfortable with all the amenities provided one could hope for. The location is great...within minutes to all the best Wailea beaches, golfing, restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to staying here again for our next visit!

In 2008, we were married in Maui and fell in love with the island's magic. In 2011 we were fortunate to purchase our own piece of paradise. After an extensive remodel, our condo has been available for rent since January 1, 2012.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Wailea and more specifically, Grand Champions Villas is very quiet and low key. We are situated in the complex where there is little to no vehicle or foot traffic, however, just a short walk to the pool and commute to the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, golf and shopping.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We most enjoy the brand new modern conveniences of our condo that are hard to come by at a reasonable price in Hawaii. We love the mature people and peaceful surroundings of the property and the close proximity to the best beaches on the island.
