Ce magnifique développement est situé sur la plus grande étendue de plage de la baie et se compose de 4 tours; tours 1-3 (Villa Magna Condos) et tour 4 (Dreams Resort & Spa). En tant que client de condo, vous avez accès aux services du complexe, notamment: un spa by Pevonia, une salle de sport, un organisateur de mariage, un centre d'affaires, des restaurants à thème international et des bars éclectiques. (Les services du complexe sont facturés séparément et doivent être achetés directement à l'hôtel ou au spa.) Dehors, vous pourrez vous détendre au soleil le long de l'une des 3 grandes piscines dotées d'une piscine chauffée réservée aux adultes et d'une aire de jeux pour enfants peu profonde ou faire une sieste sous une palapa au toit de chaume sur la plage apparemment sans fin.

CONDOMINIUM
Ce condo de 2333 pi2, 4 chambres et 4 1/2 salles de bain est situé au 3e étage. Caractéristiques de la suite principale: un lit king-size, une baignoire jacuzzi, un téléviseur HD intégrale de 65 pouces (câble), un placard et un accès à un balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan. La 2ème chambre est meublée avec deux lits jumeaux, un dressing, une salle de bain privée et une télévision à écran plat de 34 "(câble). La troisième chambre est meublée avec deux lits doubles, 65 "Full HDTV (câble), robe et placard, salle de bain privée. Le studio comprend un lit simple et une salle de bains privative.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils électriques (micro-ondes, four, cuisinière et lave-vaisselle) et donne sur le salon et la salle à manger. Cette grande salle a un 65 'full HDTV (câble) et sans fil (WiFi). Le balcon adjacent en bord de mer, meublé de chaises et d'une table à manger, vous permet d'apprécier pleinement les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Terrific experience

Six women from all over the US and Canada met and enjoyed this lovely condo for 10 nights. Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. Condo is as pictured (generous in size and perfectly positioned for view). The owners are responsive for repairs. The adjacent resort (Wyndham Alltra) now allows those in Villa Magna to share in restaurants and activities. The view, the pools, the beach were all wonderful (capture your lounge chair early like 5:30 - 6am). The security guys at the entry were helpful with taxis, then we used Uber. Soriana on the main highway for groceries (there are limited items available at the end of the boulevard at Sunset Market in the small shopping mall).We loved the Happy Hour 2-4-1 drinks at the snack shack 3-5 pm. Warmest pool is the one closest to the building 3. There is noise from the entertainment at the resort from 8:30 or so but ends at 10pm.

Christmas Vacation

Overall I was a bit leery of renting a VRBOin Mexico over Christmas but Alma and Manuel were awesome to work with. Here are a few of the pros: -Easy to see the nightly entertainment shows from the balcony,- Condo is great for families,-Location is awesome and always felt safe.-Drinks and food by the pool can be paid for by credit card-Pool waiters are awesome. Live on mostly TIPsHere are a few cons:-Beds were rock hard,- Cash only at condo snack bar by the pool-One heated pool out of 4,-No grocery stores within walking distance. -No pack-n-play for infants-Grill igniter did not work,-Restaurants can only be used if you purchase a day pass

March Vacation

Out stay was wonderful! Alma and her husband were so accommodating, easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The condo was clean and well kept. The property was beautiful! Hotel connected had a delicious breakfast buffet that we could have for $28 US dollars. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return!!

Great family friendly location

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for kids - plenty of space in the condo and easy access to kid friendly pools and the beach. The hosts were so responsive and communicative for some questions we had early in our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

The Best

Our host was AMAZING. He was always available to guide us through any hiccups. The condo was even better. What better way to enjoy the Pacific Coast than to enjoy it while staying in such a wonderful place.

Fantastic Stay

We spent Christmas 2020 at this beautiful property in Nuevo Vallarta. The entire stay/visit was amazing. Manuel was a great host, super responsive and went the extra mile to pick up some essential groceries per arrival. Highly recommend this property :-)

Great place! Great Hosts!

We had a great time at this property. The resort was great with beautiful pools and a great beach. The condo was roomy and clean. The hosts were amazing. They were easy to chat with and if we had any issues, they were right on it. They even decorated the condo for Christmas for us which was a great surprise. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Excellent marks all the way around!

We stay at over 15 hotels and privately owned properties a year. This property is at the top or our list. The owners have paid incredible attention to every detail. Funishings, kitchen and added accessories were above expectations. Also, how can you do any better than a wonderful resort, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms?

Awesome Vacation

We loved the condo and all the amenities. The owners are very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, beach was beautiful and the resort is well maintained. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. The balcony was beautiful and opened up the whole living area in the condo. We had a perfect vacation and would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area!

Amazing home! Amazing host!

The property was exactly as shown, but even better in person. The furnishings are lovely and the condo was immaculate. Essential toiletries were provided, and plenty of towels. The owner met us at the property to explain how everything worked and was SUPER responsive during our stay with grocery and restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again and again! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Don’t turn out great for us

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience at this condo. Pros- condo was clean, great patio with views of the pool and ocean. Cons- check in went horribly. Host had emailed me a few days before our arrival that said access to the condo was through a doorman. There was no doorman or a place to check in when we arrived. We stood at the condo front door with no access for 30 mins until the host then replied to my many email messages asking for a door code. Not a great way to start our vacation! There was no hot water when taking showers so luckily we were only booked here for 2 nights and made the best of it. We couldn’t get the TV’s in the living room or master bedroom to work but figured out the next day the batteries were dead in the remote controls and replaced the batteries from other remotes in the spare bedrooms. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work either. I was bummed by all this because I had done my research before booking and generally this condo received good reviews.

Family New Years Vacation

We have stayed in this condo previously and everything was wonderful before and wonderful now! There were 4 adults and 4 children and we enjoyed our stay very much. This condo is well equipped and has everything you need for a great vacation! We love that you can buy an all-inclusive 24 hour wristband from Dreams for those times you don't want to cook. The resort is well maintained and all the staff are excellent. Thanks to Francisco and Maria for their support as managers. And thanks so much to Alma for sharing her beautiful home.

Pretty condo

Very lovely condo that actually had comfy furniture you want to use. It’s spacious with a really nice kitchen and plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. It has a very nice balcony that overlooks the pools. It’s on the same grounds as it all inclusive Wyndham so you benefit from the large pools. You can even watch some of the shows from the balcony. And you can take some lovely walks along the palm tree lined street in front of the condo. The first two days we were a little bit lost because we didn’t have a car and we’re nowhere near a grocery store, so we thought. Finally, someone told us there was a nice market just a 25 minute walk away. Did not show up on our Google Maps. But also, if you go out the front exit of the condo and turn to your right and only need to walk a Block to the bus stop and collectivo’s run every few minutes for 12 pesos and they will take you to the little Sunset market or over to the big chedauri and Walmart We had some little glitches, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Family of 5 feelings vary from it being a 4 to 5 Star place.

Beautiful Condo in Paradise!!

Over the Christmas holidays, my family was fortunate to be able to have a return vacation to Alma and Manuel’s beautiful condo in Villa Magna! We have stayed in this condo a few times before and each time we are in awe of how amazing it is! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and it is immaculate! The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked! The linens are awesome and there are lots of towels including great beach towels! The beds are very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of eight. The deck is outstanding with a wonderful view and has great furniture and a barbecue. The pool and beach are wonderful and the resort is very clean and well maintained and there are lots of chairs. We did purchase 24-hour day passes at the hotel and we were treated very well by the staff. We bought groceries at Sunset Market in Paradise Village. Alma and Manuel are amazing hosts! They checked with us to make sure we had arrived and also during our stay to see how we were doing. Any time we had a question, they replied immediately! Alma and Manuel’s beautiful home made us feel like our home during our stay and we are so grateful to have been their guests! We will definitely return to this beautiful paradise! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great condo for a family!

The condo is large with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The resort is beautiful and the boogie boards, beach hats, grill on the patio, etc were great additions. The view over the whole resort from the balcony was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall Condo was clean and as pictured. Property owner easily accessible and even had requested groceries there when we arrived. We bought all inclusive wrist bands for one of the days but food was disappointing and drinks watered down. We did not at all feel it was worth per person price. There is very good and inexpensive food and drinks available for purchase at one of the outdoor pool bars that is not part of the resort amenities. Guards at residential entrance will call for a taxi upon request. My only suggestion would be to have property owner put together an information guide ( how to operate air conditioners, restaurant suggestions etc.) to have at the condo for reference. That would have been helpful.

Alma was an excellent hostess. She was warm and very kind to us and was extremely responsive. She checked in with us throughout our stay and welcomed us back anytime. The condo is beautiful! I would recommend going grocery shopping and cooking your own meals opposed to eating on the resort. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Would absolutely recommend!
