Une nouvelle beauté époustouflante apporte les couleurs de la mer de couleur aqua à l'intérieur de la maison dans un cadre contemporain confortable. Conçu et décoré par des professionnels. 4 chambres, 3 1/2 salles de bain maison spacieuse comprend maison d'amis et buanderie séparée. Les 4 chambres sont des lits king size et 1 avec un lit double supplémentaire ... TRÈS PRIVÉ !!! Total 4 lits King, 2 lits jumeaux et 2 canapés-lits queen. 14 couchages. Maison construite avec des matériaux de construction verts avec une isolation incroyable! Juste installé !! Nouveau spa de 7 places sur le patio arrière avec un nouveau mur d'intimité !!! Jouets de sport: 2 planches à pagaie, 2 kayaks 2 places et 2 kayaks 1 place avec gilets de sauvetage et dolly, planches de bodyboard (adulte / enfants), équipement de plongée et seaux / seaux de sable, etc. pour les enfants. Il y a aussi 12 chaises de plage pliantes et 6 grandes chaises longues pour faire la courte promenade jusqu'à la plage. Serviettes de plage et peignoirs fournis.

La maison comprend une buanderie complète avec des appareils de taille normale; grande télévision à écran plat dans chaque pièce principale; avec les joueurs Blue-ray. Trois chambres principales, une avec baignoire surdimensionnée, douches privées et toilettes séparées dans chaque suite. Ces suites ont un bureau / vanité séparé avec un autre dans la grande salle. Plafond détaillé dramatique de 20 pieds de haut dans une chambre principale et la grande salle. Mangez à la table à manger ou dans l'immense bar de l'île. Belle douche extérieure séparée. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec le meilleur des équipements et tous les appareils nécessaires! Profitez de tout cela sur un seul niveau et chaque chambre a une intimité totale avec chaque emplacement. Besoin de plus de lits? Utilisez simplement les canapés-lits queen dans la grande pièce avec des coussinets en mousse épaisse qui rendent même le sol confortable! Des coins salons supplémentaires ainsi que des sièges de divertissement dans la grande salle. Vous n'êtes jamais bondé dans la grande salle très grande.

Si vous avez vu les sandales commerciales, vous avez vu notre plage sans tout le monde. Gazebo privé, partagé par les 4 maisons personnalisées individuelles achevées à côté de la plage avec table / chaises dans un cadre couvert pour regarder les enfants jouer dans l'eau ou profiter de votre déjeuner en regardant les vagues. Belle vue pendant que vous vous prélassez sur notre terrasse de 30 pieds dans notre villa ou à l'intérieur sur le canapé et les poufs. Mobilier d'extérieur complet avec canapé sectionnel, tables et chaises pour vous accueillir, vous et vos invités / famille, directement sur votre propre terrasse! Tout nouveau! Système de filtration R / O pour fournir de l'eau filtrée à l'évier. Grand barbecue à gaz sur le patio pour votre usage. Wifi. TV satellite rare fournie dans la pièce principale. La plupart des locations ne disposent que de 6 chaînes locales ou de la télévision par câble, soit environ 20 chaînes. Vous avez beaucoup de chaînes de films et de programmes gratuits pour vous divertir! Serviettes de plage et tous les draps fournis.

Nous avons, à des frais considérables, installé une télévision satellite complète, ce qui est rare sur l'île. Vous pouvez vous connecter directement à votre compte netflix ou regarder les nombreuses chaînes et films gratuits fournis par satellite. Tous les téléviseurs fonctionnent séparément et les téléviseurs de la chambre reçoivent quelques chaînes individuellement ou vous pouvez lire des films depuis le centre de divertissement, alors allez dans vos coins et regardez vos programmes préférés sans déranger personne! Nous avons également un système audio fabuleux pour améliorer votre visionnage de films ou écouter les canaux de musique dans toute la maison située dans la grande salle.

Nous avons un portacrib et une chaise haute pour vos petits et avons des jouets, des jeux et des films pour tous les âges. Il y a un "contrôle climatique" individuel dans chaque pièce avec des télécommandes pour que vous puissiez contrôler vos zones de confort! Ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et grande pièce pour améliorer encore la brise. Nous avons également un ventilateur de plafond sur notre véranda ouverte pour ces nuits encore.

Vous trouverez un foyer électrique dans la grande chambre principale, apportant une touche romantique le soir. Il est utilisé avec ou sans chaleur. Il y a aussi une chaise à bascule unique dans cette pièce pour ravir tout fan du contemporain! C'est un endroit idéal pour lire ou se prélasser.

Cette maison est tellement isolée qu'elle offre une intimité totale entre les pièces. Un endroit idéal pour laisser vos invités dans la pièce voisine et profiter d'une sieste tranquille pendant qu'ils regardent leur film préféré depuis le canapé ou dans leur propre chambre.

Amazing property

Aqua Dreams was an awesome place to stay. Pool and hot tub were incredible. Literally 100 steps to the most beautiful beach. 5 minutes from the airport. Centrally located so we could easily drive to both ends of the island. Walking distance to Tim’s on the Bay was definitely a plus. Lots of cookware and utensils in both kitchens (one bedroom is a mother in law.suite).

What a amazing week in exuma. House had a ton of room for us and our 4 kids (adult and teens) location was super easy and close to airport. Selling point was a generator however it wasnt working half the week due to battery but understand 100%. Totally get it things break and it is hard to repair quickly. Any issues we had they were ALL over it and SUPER fast. We didnt have many. It was an amazing week. Beach is amazing!! On windy days we had pool day which handled 4 adults and 2 teens. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Property manager was literally amazing!!! She always answered and helped me w other things not just the rental. I would 100% rent this property again!!!!

Close to beach .if weather is not windy beach would be great but if windy no can use the beach. Waves to high. Pool and hot tub will have to do. Internet in guest house works great .just dont have the front door open that kills it.They have all the stuff for the beach. All photos on the ad are real and true.

Perfect home for multiple couples

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood on the beach. Very clean and well appointed Had everything we needed to cook and bbq. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Management was super helpful to refer us to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely come back!

Great Location and Great House

Our group of 4 adults loved our stay at Aqua Dreams! After exploring the entire island for 5 days, we're convinced that it is the best spot on Exuma. The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the airport (with absolutely no airport noise) and located on a gorgeous beach front. Easy walk to a nice beach bar for drinks and meals. About a 20 minute drive into Georgetown for groceries and other supplies. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house very quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We used the BBQ a few nights and it worked well.We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to Exuma and to Aqua Dreams!

Fantastic girls 50th trip!

Just got back from a long weekend girls trip to Exuma. Acqua Dreams was perfect! We had delays in our flight, lost luggage and were offered clothes with tags, if we needed until our came and were in constant contact with owner, who was very responsive to all our questions. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, water filtration, air conditioning and anything you can think of. It’s a very short walk to a private beautiful beach. House has beach chairs, poolside chairs and floats along with towels. We had a great time and would highly recommend

Aqua Dreams Spring Break

Aqua dreams was beautiful, had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool are great. It is in a great location close to the airport. When our flight was delayed, Marna was very kind and accommodating, letting us hang there well past our checkout time. Mechelle is the hostess with the mostest! She was always available and right there on the spot for anything we needed. We are very thankful to the owners and Mechelle for a wonderful vacation.

Just a girls get away for my 60th Birthday!. House was nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the beautiful beaches and our boat excursion was exceptional. Our Private Chef was phenomanal. All the locals were kind, helpful, and just really pleasant.

Good experience but over priced

This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed. Newer nicer homes in are for same price point.

Exuma is Paradise!

Our trip to Exuma and stay at Aqua Dreams was an amazing visit to Paradise. That water color in Exuma is breathtaking. Aqua Dreams is perfectly located just a few minutes from the airport and on a quiet street right on the beach. This house is equipped with everything you could think of and more. By far the best stocked house we have ever rented. Ashley our on site host and her husband are fantastic. Lovely, spacious home in Paradise.

Family vacation

This property was exactly as described online. Lots of space to relax and fit our two large families with 9 of us total. Marna always stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect and very close to the beach. The house had so many extras like pool and beach floats, a cooler, hot tub, beach chairs, spices, and much more!! We would definitely recommend this rental!

Wonderful family vacation

My husband and I brought our 4 kids (ages 10-16) for spring break and his 50th birthday. We had an amazing time. Mechelle the property manager made sure we were taken care of. The home owner also was prompt to reply with any questions we had. The house, pool, and beach were beautiful. The only recommendation we would have is to downsize the “clutter” of the house, less pillows, furniture, small carpets, etc. It made the house seem cramped. Overall would highly recommend staying at this house!

Wonderful trip. So much to do at the property, it was difficult to use the ocean and great beach. We used the kayaks, beach chairs, washers and dryers, hot tub! All adults so no need for all the stuff for kids and babies. Just fit our needs exactly!

Fantastic property

Awesome house. It was perfect for 11 women. The house is well maintained and gorgeous. This was the perfect place for very loud 11 women. Marna went out of her way to make us welcome even had a cake ready for the 5 of us who were celebrating our birthdays. We love this island and home.

Family Vacation

The Aqua Dreams property is everything it claims, and more really! Myrna is super responsive and answers any question you might have quickly, and you also have Cleo who comes by and shows you around the property and is an excellent on-site representative. Our family didn’t need a thing, but between Myrna and Cleo it would have been taken care of. This provides peace of mind at a home far away from home.

Gorgeous home - Fabulous beach

I can easily recommend this property. The home was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The property is just as the pictures advertise. Just steps away from a wonderful private beach that is almost always completely empty. The gazebo is a great place to get out of the sun but still enjoy the view and breezes. Marna was wonderful to work with and very attentive. She responded to any questions very promptly. The property is located close to the airport (you DO NOT hear any planes) and you can easily get around the island. Definitely rent a car so you can go exploring and go over to Little Exuma. The half day boat tour was also great. We would definitely rent this property again. We had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. Thank you Marna!

Aqua Dreams is amazing !

While we didn't have the best weather and we couldn't land in Exuma the first day due to storms, our remaining days in Exuma were amazing ! Every time we walked out on the beach we all just said "wow". The house was perfect for us ( 7 adults ) It had everything you could ever dream of needing. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, floats, snorkel equipment. We spent all of our time outside, even in the rain. From airport pickup to airport drop off this was such a special vacation for our family. Marna and Ralph were exceptional hosts , going above and beyond to make our stay great. Cleo, the house manager, was in constant contact, arranged airport pick up, catered an authentic Bahamian meal for us (including a homemade birthday cake) that was better than any restaurant we went to. I just can't say enough nice things about Aqua Dreams and Exuma. It was perfect and we will definitely be back !

We have rented several beach homes over the years and I can truly say this is one the best appointed rentals we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail is amazing--you will want for nothing! And if you can't find something or think of something off the wall, Marna is incredibly responsive and oh so very helpful and kind. The house alone was a gem, but her added hospitality made the entire experience truly wonderful. We had a fantastic time exploring Exuma and the nearby islands. Our 12 yr old son had a blast. We booked without knowing very much about the location, but Marna quickly got us up to speed on what we needed to see/book/etc. I really can't recommend this property more highly. Go--stay--relax--enjoy! We want already want to return. PS: thank you Marna for the lovely, thoughtful birthday cake. :)

A Wonderful Vacation!

Four couples just spent 8 nights at Aqua Dreams House. We had a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed plus more!! This was our 10th visit to Exuma and this by far was the nicest place that we stayed at and on one of the nicest beaches on the island. The beach is just a very short walk on a paved walkway and well worth it! The beach was never crowded and the waters beautiful and calm. The house had plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed all of the room we had around the pool, whether you wanted to be in the sun or if you needed the shade, there was plenty of both with umbrellas for cover. The owner, Marna, was highly responsive from the day we booked the house to the minute we left. We did have one issue with the house that needed attention and we were able to get in touch with the owner within the hour, and a temporary fix to get us through our stay was done immediately, without imposing on our rental of the house. Another wonderful benefit to staying at this house is that it had a full house generator, which kicked on about a minute after we lost power one night. That is definitely not a perk in any of the houses we have ever stayed, and in the Bahamas power goes out often, no matter what island you stay on. The location is right across from the airport, which was very convenient. The house is in the middle of the island, which made for a quick drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

More than just aqua, a true dream in the Bahamas.

Aqua dreams is an understatement.This beautifully designed and incredibly appointed home is only steps from the most amazing blue water and white sand beach that exists on earth. During our stay the beach was rarely inhabited by anyone but us. Quiet and relaxing is an understatement. Relaxing at the gazebo on the beach, a lounge chair in the sand, or the covered patio at the house all proved to be comfortable. The water is clean and crystal clear and the owner had an extensive array of snorkeling accesories, life jackets, kayaks, and toys to keep you busy in and around it. If you choose to stay indoors, the home has every comfort and convenience including A/C, Blu-Ray, TVs in every room, fireplace, and a full kitchen with every appliance. Bedrooms and bathrooms offer more than a vacation needs and were extremely clean. If you decide to venture out on the island, there are many things to do. Exuma Cays chartered tour, Fish Fry, Little Exuma, Stocking Cay, Duck Cay (use one of the owner's kayaks to get there!). So many incredible choices all within a short drive. The home is located at the centerpoint of the island, making it ideal for expeditions to the north and south. Grocery options are close by and I recommend using the gas grill to cook your daily catch. Best of all the owner is very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. If I could give 20 stars, I would.

Ralph is a retired fire captain and Marna is an interior designer, from Santa Barbara, CA. This is the second home we have built and the first vacation home. We later lived in Southern California between LA and Santa Barbara in Camarillo where Ralph farmed avocados and recently moved to Florida to be closer to our vacation property.

Enjoy the great restaurants nearby or order some takeout or cook something in your very own complete kitchen with both electric or induction cooktops or microwave or electric oven. There are many water adventures to enjoy to see the many features of the surrounding islands with swimming pigs, starfish, swimming with nurse sharks, feeding stingrays or just see where 'Pirates of the Caribbean' and James Bond movie, 'Thunderball' was filmed. Great places to snorkel, scuba dive, fish, or just enjoy the boating excursions.
