Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We understand how important it is to receive timely updates, especially after a long journey. We will address this with our staff to ensure better communication in the future. In looking back on the message thread, you told us that you did receive all of your check in -info and codes to your unit. We were prompt in our replies to your messages. We were alerted to the fact that there was a brief inturruption in our service that contacts all of our guest that their unit is ready for check in. That was immediately corrected in our system. We do not feel that at anytime any of our staff was rude in our response to you. Our responses to your questions and concerns were answered within 2 mins. We do apologize that this caused you some distress during your travels. Our protocols have always been that check in was at 4 pm, and since you have so stayed with us before you can have confidence that is and will always be the same. It will never change. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to make it up to you in the future. Breathe Easy Rentals
