There is a really nice park across the street with basketball courts, sand volleyball, baseball fields, a pond, and common area.

Access to the light rail is a couple minute drive or 7 minute walk.

Park Meadows Mall is a 10 minute walk.

Inverness Golf Course is a couple minutes away and Meridian Golf Course is about 5 minutes. TopGolf is about a 5 minute drive.

Almost everything you need is no more than a 10 minute drive from the condo.

Parking is available on the property, first-come, first-served along with the 2-car garage.
