Welcome to 305B Main Street! This bright and beautiful newly constructed home offers the best of both worlds. Just steps away are Ogunquit's famous sandy beaches (rated one of the best in the US), the Marginal Way coastal trail, amazing galleries, shops, and restaurants.
Enjoy all the village has to offer or unwind and relax in your private retreat! Step inside to discover a spacious first floor with high ceilings and an open-concept contemporary layout that is bright and airy. The fine details are everywhere you look- such as the beautiful finishings and fixtures, stone fireplace, and elegant and thoughtful interior design.
Whether you're planning a quiet evening in or a culinary adventure, the fully-equipped kitchen ensures a delightful cooking experience. The dining area offers plenty of seating and the seated kitchen island offers a wonderful space to gather and enjoy conversation with a glass of wine.
