Located in Rehoboth Beach's highly sought after area of The Pines, 10 Pennsylvania Avenue is a 2 story, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom just 4 homes in from the pristine Deauville Beach. This lovely Rehoboth Beach cottage is a classic sea side escape with warm wooden halls and illustrious charm of yester year. Just a short walk or bike ride to the heart of Rehoboth where you can enjoy the boardwalk, grab a bite to eat, or browse the many boutiques.
A spacious and functional interior awaits you at this lovely home, where upon entry into the first floor you'll find the primary living room with plenty of seating for all, a dining room that accommodates 10, and a kitchen that boasts top of the line appliances. Step out onto the enclosed front porch to get lost in a book or enjoy the privacy of the backyard and patio. The bedrooms on the top floor have large windows and beautiful wooden floors. The private den overlooking the back yard offers plenty of books, children's toys, a wet bar, and 2nd refrigerator. This home is "shore" to make your beach visit one to remember!
