This 572 sq ft space includes amenities such as a washer/dryer, blackout curtains in the bedroom, WiFi, and a SmartTV. A bus stop right in front of the housing complex adds to the ease of access. Self check-in is available for your convenience.

Our townhouse features a front entrance and a rear exit (for emergencies), although the back entrance is presently under repair and taped off. The main floor is equipped with cabinet space, dishes, utensils, a stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. You'll also find a mini fridge in the bedroom. With hardwood flooring on the main level, we kindly ask that meals be enjoyed on the lower level to prevent carpet staining. The townhome spans two floors, with carpeted stairs leading to the bedroom and full bathroom. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the lower level.

Cleaning supplies are stored under the bathroom sink, in the hallway space, and in the main floor closet. Please ensure items(cleaning supplies, towels, machinery, etc..) stored in unit are not removed from apartment. The taped doorknobs serve as a safety measure, allowing occupants to access the apartment independently. Your understanding of these details before booking is greatly appreciated. The apartment is private; but we kindly request consideration for neighbors on weekdays after 11 PM. Due to severe allergies, animals are not permitted. Please acknowledge this before booking.

Free street parking is available—please be attentive to street signs to avoid parking tickets.

Guest access
Guests can enter through the front entrance. Feel free to relax on the front porch if you wish to smoke. The back area is reserved for the owner's vehicle parking.

Additionally, our unit is conveniently located just a few blocks away from FedEx Field stadium, less than 20 minutes from Capital One Arena and Audi Field, and less than 30 minutes from the White House.
