Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I am so pleased that you had an enjoyable vacation at our condo, Minnie's Fun Spot. With respect to the trash issue, the resort asks all guests to place the trash directly into the dumpster. Certainly, having the resort pick it up from each unit would be the perfect situation however this isn't the arrangement. I do hope you will consider staying with us again! Hello Kenneth I have to say I am surprised with your response. As my property manager advised me that she checked in with you during your stay, to ensure everything was going well. You advised her everything was good but there was a tear in the porch screening, however nothing else was mentioned. With regards to the elevator. It was not down for a week. In fact, my cleaners used the elevator to bring their equipment up to clean only hours before your arrival. I realize that the elevator being out of use upon your arrival was frustrating. Please understand it is a machine and has such can malfunction. This is out of my control. However, what is in my control is to address the problem and that’s what I did. As soon as this was brought to my attention by yourself and my property manager, I immediately contacted HOA maintenance and they were out to repair within a couple hours. With regards to the view of the pool from patio, there is one gorgeous palm tree that has grown all the way up the fourth floor. I wish I could control the growth of a tree, however I cannot. Myself I love that palm tree because it tells me I’m in Florida. With the comment about the condo being outdated is quite surprising considering the condo was recently updated, thus the reason you saw new furniture. The condo is a Mediterranean theme to flow with Tuscana Resort. I’m sorry if this is not a style you appreciate. You advised that you booked the condo for your wife and yourself. So, it surprises me that you are pulling beds apart in the children’s room. I feel that you’re coming to the condo and finding the elevator down upset you and this is the real concern. If you really were that disappointed about your other concerns, I would have thought you would have advised my property manager or myself. I take great pride in my property to ensure that it is 5-star standard and that my guests are comfortable. Regards, Brad
