Ce condo de luxe climatisé de 3 chambres, au dernier étage (accès par ascenseur) est à 15 minutes de Disney et est situé dans une communauté fermée sécurisée. Il est idéal pour les familles (lit bébé, poussette, chaise haute disponibles sur demande). Récemment décoré et rénové (y compris les nouveaux sols et tapis carrelés, les appareils de cuisine et les meubles) font de ce condo un véritable «chez soi»

expérience. Nouvelle climatisation et portier sans clé installés en août 2016, nouveaux meubles de salon, lumières et ventilateurs de télécommande installés, balcon amélioré avec écran, nouvel éclairage et sols carrelés juillet 2018

Les résidents ont également accès à une piscine commune, une salle de sport, un jacuzzi, un terrain de volley-ball, un club-house et une salle de jeux - tous inclus dans le prix!

Dormir 6 personnes confortablement, ce condo a une chambre principale avec dressing et salle de bain attenante, plus deux chambres supplémentaires (toutes avec leur propre télévision) et une salle de bain familiale. Le spacieux salon et salle à manger décloisonné, la cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et une buanderie séparée (avec laveuse et sécheuse) complètent la maison.

Tout le linge de lit, les serviettes de bain et de piscine sont fournis, ainsi que la télévision par câble et l'accès Internet WiFi.

Excellent Stay

The condo was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a great layout for our family. Communication with Neil was extremely easy and we had zero issues during our stay. So much quieter than a hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends and family who are visiting the area.

Great apartment and location

We spent 10 days in Orlando with our grandson, parents and grandparents over Christmas and New Year's Eve 2023. It was a great time and an excellent central apartment. Everyone had their own bed- and bathroom.

Great condo, great owners!

Condo was so clean and quiet! Bed was comfy and Neil communicated frequently with us. Condo is right across from clubhouse so there was easy access to pool and treadmills. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was fantastic. We chose to stay here because we had planned to do a couple of days at disney. The location was great probably a 20 min drive from place to disney. Easy access to grocery store and restraunts. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community. Neil was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great starting point to visit the theme parks

The apartment was really nice and clean. Everything was there, it was a great location. In the condo is a pool which my kids enjoyed. The communication with the owner / caretaker was good, everything works very well.

Best Terrace ridge stay

Very nice property especially for seniors. Quiet. Most of the residents are older and there are are many return guests. The condo itself is really beautiful decorated with beach motif and well kept. Would definitely recommend. Very responsive owner

Home away from home

Amazing place to stay. Very clean. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Large kitchen. Lots of storage if needed. Plenty of towels and hangars! Close to Disney World, grocery stores and restaurants. Owners were awesome to work with. Will definitely book again!!

Awesome Home Away from Home

From the moment we walked in the door and took a brief tour of this condo, we LOVED it. It really checked off all of our boxes. It was in a good location, the condo layout was excellent, everything we needed was provided, the decor was tastefully done. The only negative was the heavy traffic when going to Disney due to detours in the area. Owners provided great instructions before arrival. We would definitely rent here again.

Great home away from home

Absolutely fantastic property! Owner was great about getting back to me with any questions we had. Location is great. Very close to Disney and an easy drive to Universal. Location was clean and well maintained. Kitchen has all the amenities of home. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and check out procedure. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family and would stay here again if/when we are in Florida again. Easiest five star rating I’ve ever given.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect option for our stay. While most of our time was committed to a Nationals tournament in Orlando, the location of this condo allowed us to fit in all of the things that we wanted to during our stay. The condo was spacious, exceptionally clean, well cared and had all the amenities needed. The complex offered a quiet community, with easy access to the pool and the grounds were well maintained. Owners were very prompt with communication from the time the reservation request was submitted through our checkout. Highly recommend and we would choose this option again!

Lovely, well-maintained condo minutes from Disney. Top Floor, Corner Unit!

We enjoyed our stay at Terrace Ridge very much. The condo is a top floor, corner unit which was nice, quiet and convenient. The unit is updated, spacious, well decorated and very clean which is a big deal to me. Booking and communicating with the owner, Neil, was a breeze. The property is well-maintained as well. It was a quieter property than we have stayed at in the past which was quite enjoyable after a busy day at Disney. No complaints! We really could not have asked for a nicer stay and plan on booking again.

Lovely Stay!

My family loved our week at this condo. My husband and I, along with our 2 and 4 year old sons, stayed for 5 nights. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed: an abundant supply of towels, every kitchen appliance, utensil, and dish we desired, beautifully furnished, and safe. The directions sent by the owner were clear and easy to follow. There is a Public grocery store just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient for us. We used the pool several times - my children loved it! We travel to the Orlando area every couple years and we will definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Holiday Base!

Ditto to all the comments on previous reviews. This condo is lovely, very clean, very comfortable, and VERY convenient to all the Disney theme parks, whilst remaining relaxing and quiet to return to after a busy day of rides and shows. Universal Studios and Sea World also a short distance away, and Kennedy Space Center within an hours drive which is no problem on the roads in the area. Correspondence with owners Neil and Marion before, during and after our stay was excellent, prompt and friendly. We would recommend this accommodation highly and - fingers crossed - may be able to return one day! The Publix supermarket just around the corner is well stocked and has everything you will need for a self catering holiday - no need to travel further to larger supermarkets at all - although these are within a short distance too if you want them! Thank you to Neil and Marion for a wonderful three weeks!

Great spot to stay and visit theme parks

We stayed at this condo for our spring break. We went to Animal kingdom, spent several days at Universal and one day in Clearwater. We liked the location because it was just far enough away from the parks that we weren’t competing with all the other tourists for seats at local restaurants or stores. The condo was perfectly clean and had all the needed dish-ware to cook meals for the five of us. The complex is gated and very clean. We only made it down to the community pool one day. It is right across the parking lot from the condo, it was very clean. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Check in could not be simpler. There is currently local a couple local road construction projects that are causing some congestion in the area. After the first day we altered our plans and avoided the worst times of the day. All in all I would stay here again and would definitely recommend!!

10 stars!!

I cannot rave enough about the property and the Owners. After having two VRBO’s canceled on us last minute, we found this property, and were very apprehensive to say the least. From the very beginning, the communication was amazing. Not only were the owners very responsive and quick to return my messages, they made me feel reassured! The property itself was just as described, if not even better. The three bedroom, two bath condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for myself, hubs and 16 & 17 year old kids. We did not have time to use the pool, but it was right across from us, 2 min walk. The location was perfect for us. We went to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom and all were about 15 min drive. There were multiple restaurants around the area and it was a 25 min drive to the larger mall in Orlando. I literally cannot express what a great experience this was for us! Book with them now! It’s perfect :)

Birthday Trip

As an advent traveler I normally stay at either a resort or hotel. For my birthday I decided to book through Vrbo and happened across Neil and Marion's place. After reading reviews from others I decided to book. I am glad that I did. For starters, the communication with Neil and Marion was consistent. Both made sure that I had all the information needed for a quick and precise check in. Upon arriving I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. I am huge on cleanliness and the unit did not disappoint. Please know that the unit has everything that you will need for your stay. I appreciate everything from the ice cream scoop to the cookware. Next, safety and privacy is a must whenever I book a stay. The safety and quietness was a plus for me. Coming in late at night was not an issue for us and the area is very welcoming. My family and I were able to relax and I rested more than I originally planned. It felt good not having to hear the unwarranted noise that can occur especially during summer travel. The unit was very comfortable and well planned out with the guest(s) best interest at heart. Finally, the unit is close to all major attractions. We were able to enjoy a day at Busch Gardens in Tampa and the sights of Orlando without having to drive long distances. I would like to say thank you to Neil and Marion for hosting us and I plan on booking with you all next year if not sooner.

First time booking a condo on VRBO.

This was a great place to stay from Dec 22 - Jan 2. We haven't been to Florida since Nov/Dec 2010. We've always booked a hotel but we wanted to try something new. Best decision we made because it was just like our own little apt. Very peaceful. Great area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed seeing the fireworks on New Years Eve from areas around our condo. My husband and I definitely would booked this place again.
